think Murphy could go the full 5 rounds but its gonna be hell for her if it does goes that, and she'll be wishing she wasn't as tough, but i thin Valentina has the power and precision to finish Murphy

Predictions: 10 of 13 Winners, 5 Perfect, 695 Points   |   Tied for 830th

Volkanovski vs. Ortega
Alexander Volkanovski, DEC
ortega has a shot but ultimately doesn't really deserve to be here with a single win. i think alex can win the stand up and ALSO take him down without fear, people might be underestimating his top control.

Shevchenko vs. Murphy
Valentina Shevchenko, DEC
murphy is tough and will likely push forward regardless of damage so i think val will have to play more conservatively considering she's been taken down and held there recently.

Lawler vs. Diaz II
Nick Diaz, DEC
hedging, hoping to be wrong. nick diaz last fought when robbie was still champ and last won 10 years ago. robbie has been on the downslope, but hasn't been losing to scrubs or anything, i feel like he'll be able to go all 5 if need be.

Blaydes vs. Rozenstruik
Jairzinho Rozenstruik, TKO, R2
bigi is my underdog of the night. of course we have no clue what his tdd looks like, nobody has really tried, but i do know that blaydes can run into things. no reason to think bigi's power couldn't put him out too.

Andrade vs. Calvillo
Jéssica Andrade, TKO, R2
calvillo hasn't seen power like this before so i'll say she goes down from it eventually if she can't get early td's.

Moraes vs. Dvalishvili
Merab Dvalishvili, SUB, R2
totally possible that marlon lands the right shots to turn merab's lights out, but i think he'll wait too long and won't be able to manage the distance well enough to prevent the clinch and eventual takedowns. i'm going a step further and saying he'll find the rnc just because i need to pick at least one sub.

Hooker vs. Haqparast
Dan Hooker, DEC
feeling like this one will start fast and then drop off pace-wise, which probably favors the sniping ability of hooker?

Abdurakhimov vs. Daukaus
Chris Daukaus, TKO, R2
looking at who he's fought, i feel less confident picking daukaus than i did prior, but i still feel like he'll push forward on shamil unlike others who have froze.

Modafferi vs. Santos
Taila Santos, DEC
would love to see roxy continue her on/off streak with her grinding ability, but i feel like santos should be able to control the striking and matador when necessary.

Medic vs. Turner
Jalin Turner, TKO, R2
both big lightweights, i'm gonna go against the grain and take the larger one. gonna need to see more than finishing aalon cruz before i get behind medic, turner has been finishing low end fighters in the ufc too.

Maximov vs. Brundage
Nick Maximov, DEC
tough call, part of me wants to say that someone from factory x should be able to chop down someone who doesn't check kicks like a diaz, but i have no idea what maximov does. i'm gonna take nick because he's not short notice, though i'm anything but confident.

Semelsberger vs. Sano
Matt Semelsberger, TKO, R2
would seem that diaz's boy doesn't really belong here so my pick will treat him as such.

Morales vs. Pearce
Omar Morales, DEC
guess i feel like pearce relies on the ko and (i know this tends to get me in trouble) morales hasn't been ko'd and has gone to decision in past 4 whereas pearce hasn't seen scorecards in 4 years.

Volkanovski vs. Ortega
Alexander Volkanovski, DEC
Ortega is dangerous man but I think Volk's IQ and skill can work around the spinning elbows and power punches of Ortega. Volk is so good at getting in range and exploding with shots, Ortega's footwork has improved so much but defensively he still doesn't move his head and once someone gets inside his range he gets hit. Ortega also doesn't check leg kicks, Volk is so good at disrupting other fighters with leg kicks alone, it stops people from pressuring him. It's a very tough fight for either guy but I think Volk will take this by decision, I can see him out pointing Ortega in each round

Volkanovski vs. Ortega
Alexander Volkanovski, DEC
I feel this will be a close fight but have Volkanovski getting it done, Ortega looked good in his last fight but feel Alex will bring a different pace that Ortega will struggle with.

Shevchenko vs. Murphy
Valentina Shevchenko, DEC
pretty simple to be honest, Valentina is better all round than Murphy but Murphy is a tough as they come so don't think Valentina gets the Finnish.

Lawler vs. Diaz II
Robbie Lawler, DEC
in my opinion Nick doesn't look like he wants to be there which and he has been like that in the past. I can see Lawler outboxing him for 5 rounds and getting the W.

Blaydes vs. Rozenstruik
Curtis Blaydes, SUB, R2
Hard fight to judge either blaydes is going to get caught and put to sleep or he will wrestle **** Bigi Boy.

Predictions: 10 of 13 Winners, 5 Perfect, 690 Points   |   Tied for 908th

Volkanovski vs. Ortega
Alexander Volkanovski, DEC
While I want Ortega to win, it's unrealistic imo.

Shevchenko vs. Murphy
Valentina Shevchenko, TKO, R3
Just struggling to pick HOW Valentina will win, not if she'll win. Is Murphy really tough enough to make it to a decision? I guess we'll find out

Lawler vs. Diaz II
Robbie Lawler, DEC
I'm struggling to pick between KO and decision. But Robbie hasn't gotten a KO since the Rory fight, so I'll go with decision. Did y'all see Nick's shadow boxing promo video?? Omg he looked painfully slow... brought me back to Holyfield a couple weeks ago

Blaydes vs. Rozenstruik
Curtis Blaydes, DEC
Hope Blaydes isn't scared to shoot early after getting obliterated by that uppercut last fight. Rozenstruik will have nothing for him on the ground. I still stand by the fact that Overeem won that fight and it was an early stoppage, cause Overeem exposed him on the ground.

Moraes vs. Dvalishvili
Merab Dvalishvili, DEC
So nervous for this fight, cause Merab's striking is sloppy. As long as he makes it past the first round, he'll dominate though!

Hooker vs. Haqparast
Nasrat Haqparast, DEC
He'll get this win for his mother!

Abdurakhimov vs. Daukaus
Chris Daukaus, TKO, R2
Chris Daukaus' manager needs a raise! Another easy win for Chris

He already beat Yan once, he beat him again. I think it Yan who pulled out from the fight from fear to get punch from the powerful Aljamain’ the funk master’ Sterling agein.
