Who gets a shot against top 1 lightweight in the rankings after 2 years of absence in the division and 4 years without win in the division? Someone who is considered as a favourite in every single fight he gets from top 15 to top 1 (excluding Khabib)

Well, Conor has beaten Dustin, Max, won against long time champion Aldo, won against Alvarez. He dominated in all of these fights.
You underestimate Conor's grappling abilities.

Conor McGregor, TKO, R1
Poirier is one of my favorite fighters, his fights are fun to watch and he is a person with a big heart always helping his community through his foundation. From UFC 211 to his fight against Hooker I only saw him underdog against Khabib, but again I see him outmatched by McGregor. Love him or hate him, no one can deny that McGregor is one of the best boxers in MMA, characterized by his precision and timing. Poirier has more weapons, but he was always outmatched by skilled boxers like Michael Johnson and Conor McGregor. The fight will end in the first or second rounds due to the high completion percentage of both fighters at the start of the fight. Poirier is all heart, but I think he will get caught by the left hand and the rest is history.
Hooker vs. Chandler
Dan Hooker, TKO, R1
It is Michael Chandler's first fight since entering the USADA program. Watching his fights at Bellator Chandler seems like a Glass Cannon to me, his explosiveness helped him finish many fighters in the first 2 minutes, but he was knocked out by Will Brooks and Featherweight Patricio Pitbull. Hooker is a fighter with a huge reach and with a huge evolution in recent years, a knee or a counter punch and the fight is over.
Azaitar vs. Frevola
Ottman Azaitar, TKO, R1
Frevola was knocked down 2 times by Vannata and because he survived the fight it was a draw, but he was also destroyed by Polo Reyes (Mexican fighter who didn't win any after this fight) in one minute. Azaitar is a bulldozer because he hit like a truck, first clean shot and Frevola ends up with the lights off.
Tsarukyan vs. Haqparast

Tsarukyan has great wrestling and improved his standing fight. Haqparast is dangerous on his feet and has good takedown defense, but Tsarukyan will keep up the pace of the fight. The Armenian boy is to fight in the top 10 of the category!
McMann vs. Peña

Two wrestlers, when these pairings happen, the fights usually develop mostly from the stand-up exchange. Peña only lost to Valentina and De Randamie. Being a more complete fighter and with greater skill, I think she will calmly beat a more veteran McMann.
Sanchez vs. Muradov
Makhmud Muradov, TKO, R2
Muradov has great KO power and good takedown defense, while Sanchez has improved his standing fight, his kryptonite is fighters with powerful hands and decent takedown defense. Excellent match up for Floyd Mayweather's protégé, who will also have a great media exposure for being in Conor McGregor's Undercard.
Lentz vs. Evloev

Two fighters with a good wrestling base, the Russian has a momentum and boxing advantage. Lentz is a tough guy and added to Evloev's poor finishing effectiveness the fight must end by decision.
Albazi vs. Zhumagulov
