The Ultimate Fighter 7 Finale Wiki Update Wiki

After one of the more entertaining seasons in the series’ history, The Ultimate Fighter 7 Finale fell somewhat flat in terms of excitement. The majority of its fights were slow or non-competitive affairs, with Amir Sadollah winning the contract by defeating C.B. Dolloway with a first-round Armbar.

In the main event, the former UFC Middleweight Champion, the late Evan Tanner, made his final appearance inside the Octagon in a losing effort to TUF 3 winner Kendall Grove. Tanner died of heat exhaustion a few months later on a dangerous solo camping trip into the desert.
