Can't believe that so many idiots and cappers are on Merab and Martinez. In fact the dude Dan Levi I think his name is, an arrogant bald fk who thinks he knows everything because he has a cheap ass blue belt or something said that Said Nurmagomedov can't wrestle. LOL. And he was sneering at everyone who said he could.

Who are these idiots. I mean actually, who are they? This is the same fool who said that Kino****a guy was the Japanese Conor and the best fighter to come out of Japan in decades! LOL.

Seriously some of these guys... smh

Never bet against good russian fighters in ufc, you can win one or two or three, but in the long run you will lose 10 times

Said does have decent wrestling but its nothing special. He is primarily a striker and doesn't grapple much. And when he does he tends to slow down quite a lot, which could be the reason why he doesn't grapple more. There is not too much footage on Martinez' grappling and takedown defense. But from what we have seen his takedown defense and get ups look pretty good but still a bit inconclusive. I think it's a bit uncertain how the fight will go if Said comes in with a more grappling heavy gameplan. If the fight stays standing I favour Martinez.
It's a great fight and I don't see either guy dominating - it will most likely be a close and competetive fight. I think it's closer than the odds suggest why I was happy to take Martinez at +215.
Good luck!

Martinez was on the verge of being cut a few fights ago. I guarantee none of you guys would have picked him against Said back then. He has beaten no one good.

I agree it's a good fight, but Said should win this.

I'm picking Merab just because whoever I pick in the main event usually loses. I'll gladly keep the curse alive if it means Yan wins

Martinez wins
1. Cub Swanson's corpse
2. Vince Morales bum

2. Stahmann
3. Douglas De Andrade
4. Ricardo Ramos

I feel like Volkov has very slim chance to win against Romanov. Romanov did show issues with gas tank last fight, but before that he was kind of rolling thru people. Volkov is for sure the better striker, but Romanov has major advantage in wrestling. And Volkov has been prone to getting subbed. Im not going into finish/decision teritory, but feel like Romanov is pretty much a lock here. Minor favorite on odds.

Espino did show some signs of being decent. Overall he aint very good tho i agree. Tybura is pretty decent though. However stylistically i feel like this is pretty bad for Volkov. He is not a good wrestler. He learnd TDD pretty well it seems. But he don't look like he want to do it and may quit against a good wrestler. Romanov record is 16-1 also. So dude must be doing something right.

I can't seem to convince myself that Davey Grant can beat Assuncao. I feel like Assuncao can grind a win here. to me Davey isn't that good. he has a lot of output, but is it enough to catch Assuncao?
