Outch. Garthje had a great run, and a ko win here is absolutely possible, but I think his chaotic style is perfect to exploit for such a technicial fighter like Fiziev... Of course, if only he could remember how to use his wrestling, he would have a decent chance but... Well, Fiziev by KO probably.

Wrestling and movement would probably win the fight for Gaje he is much bigger but he only played that game once really.
The top ten lws are all about to be replaced some have been recently supplanted none of them can get comfortable.
So many elite and varied grapplers and guys get bigger every year so weight bully tactic is not a sure thing anymore.

Gaethje isn't bigger, what are you talking about? Taller sure but that isn't an advantageous body type for wrestling, why do you think most 213lb Olympians are 6ft and under? Fiziev trains with the Dagestanis and Chechens at Tiger and has his entire LW MMA career, he also was a Sambo competitor before MMA. Gaethje is plodding, Fiziev is more of a mover if anything. I see nothing to assume Gaethje can utilize his wrestling, the contrary really, he seems to be woefully underdeveloped once the fight hits the mat and a lot of wrestlers never cross over their grappling from the 6 minute gas tanks to 15 minute fighters, its a big reason Yoel didn't wrestle more, mediocre top control and it zapped his cardio. **** Gaethje has bad cardio for the elite level too, always has.

Fiziev is ******* thick and jacked, Gaethje is pretty slim. Not bigger, just different shapes lol.

Not to be a **** @Khanate but as far back I've watched Gaethje but the guy has amazing cardio, that's part of how he breaks his opponents and can take such a hard hit and recover, he's been in WARS and never shows signs of giving up. Not trying to start an argument.

He clearly gassed vs Chandler, Johnson, Poirier and Alvarez. Wars or not, there's fighters who fight at higher outputs and don't gas nearly as bad as him. Whether it's due to bad defense and damage taken or him being wild and inefficient. His cardio is problematic, we are talking clear slowing down as soon as the 2nd round.

I don't see how you can say he gassed against Chandler, he was in that fight until the very end. Johnson hit him and as Justin does he came back and broke him within the same round, Poirier is a war horse and Alvarez and him are two of the most violent men in MMA. We see differently and that's fine.

I think Gaecje has to break Fiziev In a nuts fights, I think it could happen, Fizeav hasn’t look perfect in the octogon

Still its kinda pathetic that Gamrot is aiming at RDA who said that he's not gonna fight upcomers and Mateusz is not an established guy in UFC as of now (EDIT) also isn't it weird for ya that when Turner called out Gamrot he suddenly pretends that he does not exist? I didn't see Gamer reply to Jalin, but I saw him going after RDA, Chandler. **** it he was going after Chandler as soon as Chandler vs Porier was announced. Even though Chandler was praising the guy as far as I saw the news that were spilled out on Polish MMA sites
