I think Santos should either get a sub or be up 20-18 at round 3. Thats when I would worry about a gassing or guida turning up the pressure for a finish. I don't think I'd parlay him with the red flags but he should get it done.

thats what I was thinking. I thought he was clearly winning the Dawson fight and then he sold in the third round by giving up the takedown (which was likely due to exhaustion).

Also DC, as much as it pains me to say, I feel pretty confident in Cheyanne winning. Maybe not a finish because low level WMMA, but I suppose its not out of the question

I also think that Guida, despite being a busy fighter is still gonna be at a disadvantage cuz he cant go to his wrestling. I mean he obviously can, but Leo's tdd is legit so I really dont see him being able to get him down unless it goes to the third round. and even then, does Guida even want it on the ground? hes been subbed 8 times so I feel like hes just at a disadvantage there too

Martin was getting battered by cifers in the first. Its very speculative but listening to her post fight interview (and the banshee scream when she won) she was in a bad mental space going into that fight and I think it allowed her to summon up some toughness she wouldn't normally have. But in this fight I think when she goes on skates vlismas follows up and gets some sorta tko. Definitely not shocked if it does go to decision though. Plus vlismas has better wrestling than cifers to avoid that. Other than that shining 1 minute of getting a takedown to back to rnc, she has basically been losing all other grappling exchanges she's been in (and getting subbed twice because of it.) Most of the time she just flops to her back and let's her opponent score a bunch or sub from top position. If it's on the feet it's really not competitive at all Cheyenne is faster, throws more volume, and looks to hit harder.

I think I'm going to have her in a parlay with Zhuma/Kape over 2.5. +135. Also might bet her -3.5 point spread straight if it's close to even money, cause she either finishes or clearly wins a decision

I would be surprised if it didn't. Both seem to have great somewhat tested chins and aren't really finishing on a UFC level. I think it's a steal for -200 since they both just got a first round finish, but both fights against guys who were finished before that Rivera and Osbourne. Doesn't mean it's going to translate the same against even other who aren't getting finished. Kapes been subbed twice so maybe that but I think hes improved enough to avoid it at least from Z.

Speaking of this fight I do think it's going to be closer than the betting line is. Waiting to see what zhalgas +3.5 points line is going to be, I think he can win at least a round clearly with wrestling to cash that.

Exactly. I think kapes questionable fight iq could lead to zhalgas winning a round. I think the reason he hasn’t been able to finish fights as much is due to level of competition; no way would he finish pantoja and nicolau has some elite head movement so I’m not surprised he couldn’t land a power shot

You're right and I do think he's able to get ufc level KOs outside of those top guys but zhalgas is just the wrong one. There's a first time for everything but I havent even really seen him hurt in the fights I watched.

Brad Riddell, DEC
This seems like an easy fight to call. Fiziev will win the 1st round. Riddell will win the 2nd & 3rd round.

Riddel was outstruck and nearly knocked out twice , in both the first and second round vs Dober. I'll take Fizaev , considering he's the Muay Thai coach at TMT so his stand up is way sharper then Dobers.

He got hurt, but he didn’t get ko’ed. Dober has more power, fiziev is more technique (he still has power obviously). Fiziev hasn’t been taken down yet, but I would assume he has little to no ground game as most all pure strikers do. This is brads best avenue to winning. He’s a pretty good wrestler in his own right and is also a gigantic LW so he will probably break this 100% tdd. Then there’s the obvious issue of fizievs gas tank; if he makes himself as hittable as he did against bobby green, then riddell is very live for a 3rd round finish. He may only have 5 finishes, but ridell hits hard; he made Dober turn into a wrestler.
