True, and Manel isn’t a horrible grappler in his own right, plus having an 80% tdd helps. I just wouldn’t count out a kazakh at all.

He doesn't have a way to victory , in my opinion. He can't and won't stand and bang with Manel and if he tries to force a takedown , I got Manel shoving it , getting top control and just pounding him to a TKO.

And the fight he won against a former title challenger , I wouldn't even count as a win. Could of went either way.

Yeah those promotions are always skeptical. But yeah , go ahead and give it a watch. I think the judges edged Zhalgas because his striking output was higher , other than that he got taken down like 15 times and almost finished a few. Was a very exciting fight. But I had Ali up 3-2. Some judges just judge differently . Some dont count takedowns unless damage is done and whatnot. But to each their own , yk.

I think the closest fights are Font/Aldo , Fizaev/Riddel and maybe Alonzo/Knight. But , I think Knight will put Alonzo's lights out. Dudes power is wild .

damn really? I feel like power can only get you so far. William knight is still a developing fighter, so is meneifled, but I feel like alonzo is the better fighter overall. knight was having some trouble with cherant before finding the ko and I feel like he relies too much on his power, whereas alonzo is a much more complete fighter. I dont think knight will be given the opportunity to land that ko unless alonzo leaves his chin open like he did against saint preux. all I know for sure is someone is going to get violently knocked out.

Yeah , Knight gets back peddled alot but that's mostly because he takes a minute to adapt. But once he does , good luck to you. And I don't think he was having problems with Cherant , just Cherant was over pressuring him but we seen what happened and how easily he knocked him out on a back step with a simple flick hook

and for wells, I think you just gotta look at competition. hes definitely a great fighter dont get me wrong, but as it stands, he fought on the regional scene his entire career and is 34 years old which I dont like. Matthews is much more experienced and is also the younger fighter

Idk , if Alonzo got KOd by a washed up(love him) OSP, I can't imagine what will happen when Knight finds that chin or even his body. Lonzo has a high guard. But like you said , someone is getting finished, regardless . That fight won't make it to decision.

fair enough, but I dont have any clue how ed Herman was still standing after that fight. To be fair, alonzo landed some ******* BOMBS on him and he didn't even look wobbly. It also showed he has cardio to stand and throw bombs for three rounds. Knight has gone to the third round more than alonzo actually, but if he wants to throw power bombs, hes gonna get tired. Dude has so much muscle to carry around.

also, alonzo is not a wrestler at all, but he could easily take knight down as knight has ****** tdd and no ground game. Alonzo took cherant down with ease, and then quickly von preux'd him (see what I did there), so he could definitely sub or ground and pound knight. Again, hes not really a submission threat, but he showed his fight iq is high enough that he has the sub. If he was a pure striker, he would have likely laid in cherants guard and either racked up control time or just punch him.
