Khamzat lands 10 stikes per minute and all of them hard, it literally physical impossible to kept that up for 15 minute, Khamzat either has to slow down or he 100% gas. Also having a bad case of Covid and a rough weight cut, he 200% won’t be in best phycial condition . Also he’s longest fight is 6 minute

And just watching him fight, If you think Khamzat can go 15 minute at that pace he fights at, you don’t know how the human body works

Whats the big knock on Hu?  Is it that he gasses?  Because Petroski doesn't have the best gas-tank either & i'm wondering if Hu's cardio might improve since he's carrying alot less weight on his body now.  I also think his grappling is good enough to withstand Petroski, especially with his size advantage (it was glaring at staredowns).  I don't know enough about either fighter to make a confident pick though

Tagir Ulanbekov, SUB, R2
Fight will take place on the ground with these two specialist and I think Tagir will have the advantage. Having won his UFC debut an with a 4 fight winning streak, I think he will fight with less pressure than Nascimento.

Hu vs. Petroski
Andre Petroski, DEC
Not an easy one, as I've not been convinced by TUF 29 N°1 middleweight pick so far and we have a former Heavyweight vs a former Middleweight. To me, it just looks like the UFC is trying to build some hype around Petroski giving him easy fights, and I think he will win this one but just with a decision and could even be a split decision.

Amirkhani vs. Murphy
Lerone Murphy, TKO, R2
I like Mr Finland but he had great difficulties against strikers lately and his stamina is also an issue. Amirkhani's chance is one the ground obviously, but Murphy will have the reach advantage which will force Amirkhani to cut the distance for the takedown and that will leave him exposed and give Murphy opportunities for counters. So it's too many odds for me and I'll pick Murphy by TKO/KO.

Błachowicz vs. Teixeira
Jan Błachowicz, TKO, R2
Glover offers such a dangerous threat for literally anyone in the division because of his grappling, if he gets Jan down then Jan is going to have a very hard time dealing with that grappling. The problem is for Glover though is that Jan takes his time, doesn't rush into things and because of that he sees a lot of things coming towards him, such as the takedowns. Jan's hands are dangerous as well and Glover is a bit chinny, Glover has shown an insane ability to survive when getting hurt but I don't think he can continue taking the damage against someone like Jan, who's gonna pick his shots and not engage with the grappling. Would be insane if Glover can pull this one off but I don't think it's meant to be, I think Jan is too smart and too dangerous on the feet in this one

Duck, you're doing it again. That thing you do. Hyper focusing on the biggest favorite on the card and trying to explain why they might lose. And then the thing doesn't happen and you just move to the next one. Are ya just angling to be the one "I told you so" when a Buster Douglas comes along?

Sure, Khamzat *might* fade in a three round fight. But everything we do know about him is that he's a gym rat who never stops training, can literally fight twice in one week, and is such a dog he was doing hard cardio with COVID. I'd say the evidence we do have suggests he's got a good gas tank, and we've got nothing to say the alternative.

A good old boring UD for Gamzatov as Oleksiejczuk is not really comfortable on the ground where Gamzatov seems, on the contrary, quite experienced though he's not faced top competition yet.

Khamzat Pace might by unmaintainable for 15 minute, Not that he has bad cardio

Predictions: 11 of 14 Winners, 5 Perfect, 720 Points   |   Tied for 928th

I swear MMA fan don't know the human body, the people who dislike my post on Khamzat cardio. It not a diss on Khamzat cardio,  It just literally impossible to go at that pace for 15 minute, Khamzat ain't a superhuman, He's human, He will 100% gas in the 3rd round if he stay at that pace.Even if he has the best cardio, It just unmatinable for 15 minute. I'm expecting a maintainable pace from Khamzat. He have people telling him that he can't go that pace for 15 minute. He still do a lot, Just slightly less.

Also I have a few  bets on Khamzat for the people calling me a hater, I have Khamzat by submession in a parley with Petr Yan Round 4, 5 decsion, And Khamzat by 2rd round sub as I don't think he go as nuts as the Leech is still a good opponent, So maybe he finish him slightly later

And for the people wondering, I think the submession prop over the inside the distance, As it way more value and how rare it is to finish someone good with ground and pound, I think he smesh to open up the sub

Also fun fact, I think Khamzat has the highest strike landed per 15 minute rate in the UFC, I don't think it's stupid to say he might have a slightly slower pace fighting someone in the top 15

Zaleski vs. Saint-Denis
Elizeu Zaleski, TKO, R1
Even though I'm a Frenchman I can't pick Saint-Denis 'cause Ok he is 8-0 but 8 is also the number of wins Zaleski's got inside the UFC and over guys like Strickland, Good, Akhmedov or Kunchenko among others. Zaleski is an elusive striker and I think it won't be easy for Saint-Denis to take him to the ground. To finish Zaleski can be unpredictable and I bet on that aspect of the fight to predict a highlight reel KO of the night for the Brazilian veteran.

Albert Duraev, SUB, R2
That Duraev guy seems to be a well-rounded fighter and it's hard to choose how he will win, but I think he will win work on the ground where Kopylov, who is more of a striker, is less comfortable. I truly think Duraev could be one of the next rising prospects in this division.

Makhachev vs Hooker

Predictions: 11 of 14 Winners, 5 Perfect, 700 Points   |   Tied for 1156th

Dan Hooker UD

I definitley think that Dan has the tools to beat Islam. Islam's obvious plan to victory is getting Hooker down. Hooker is not a slug on the ground though, 7 submissions, in his fight with Haqparast, he took him down, frequently. Hooker deserves his spot by beating guys like Paul Felder, Gilbert Burns, Ross Pearson. Islam only beats jiu jitsu guys and is #5 after beating #15 Thiago Moises. The only reason that Makhachev is #5 is because Conor went down to #9. Which was Makhachev's previous spot. Dan Hooker has better striking. If Hooker forces Makhachev into a corner like he did with Nasrat Haqparast, he could win the fight. He lets Makhachev clinch him and bully him against the cage, he loses. Hooker is a devastating striker. He trains  with Brad Riddell, Israel Adesanya, Alexander Volkanovski, and more. He is lethal on the feet. If Makhachev even tries to strike with Hooker. He get's KO'd. I don't believe Makhachev would do that but I do think that Hooker has the tools to beat Makhachev. I am so sick and tired of Makhachev being compared to Khabib. Just because he's Russian, he's a wrestler, he's got a beard with no mustache and black hair, he's got only one loss (to be fair, Khabib had 0). Dan Hooker will starch Makhachev with his unrelenting pressure and accurate counter striking. He will glide to a 30-27 UD win.

Tukhugov vs. Ramos
Zubaira Tukhugov, DEC
Tukhugov is exactly the kind of fighter Ramos seems to hate, a long range striker, as he's lost to Murphy and Said Nurmagomedov, and I think every UFC fan knows Tukhugov slick boxing. This should be a major problem to deal with for Ramos, but I think Tukhugov lacks power in comparison with Murphy or Said so I think he will focus on scoring and get a 29-28 UD or split decision as he tends to slack off in the third.
