The name is because I pick dogs and pick methods, I don't like to take - $ bets, simple explanation.
Tieoken I appreciate the invite to the "wagering" comp. I never heard of them, I do join leagues and wager coins or whatever they call them but I'm not sure what you're talking about

Kelvin Gastelum, DEC
Simple as this.....Jared Cannonier is too low volume. Gastelum is the more experienced fighter (especially in a 5 round fight).

Mark O. Madsen, SUB, R1
Potential for a live bet, if Mark Madsen does not get the quick sub in round 1 or early round 2.
Sherman vs. Porter
Chase Sherman, TKO, R1
Sherman is not very good but he is better than Porter. Should finish him rnd 1 or 2. Porter's only hope is to out control him, but sherman has 77% TD defense. Not likely he can do it w/ Sherman size.

Predictions: 8 of 12 Winners, 2 Perfect, 480 Points | Tied for 450th
Jared Cannonier, TKO, R4
I don't believe Gastelum poses a threat for Cannonier anywhere. Killa Gorilla is much bigger and stronger and has stuffed takedowns from much better than Kelvin. Cannonier will give KG his first KO loss.
Guida vs. Madsen
Mark O. Madsen, DEC
Guida is a live dog because he has slightly better hands and a huge cardio advantage. But the smart pick would be Madsen winning two rounds with his wrestling and surviving the third. I could also see Madesn getting ahold of Clay's neck with the improving Jiujitsu.
Sherman vs. Porter
Parker Porter, TKO, R1
Chopping overhand right for the win.
Jones vs. Kakhramonov
Trevin Jones, TKO, R1
Trevin Jones has scary power when he connects and i think he will early.
Pichel vs. Hubbard
Vinc Pichel, DEC
I have a lot of respect for both of these fighters and could see Hubbard putting on a good performance. That being said it looks like Pichel is the strongest he has ever been and his strength and top game are elite.
Pantoja vs. Royval
Alexandre Pantoja, TKO, R3
Royval is a legit prospect but Pantoja is world class right now.
Saldaña vs. Lingo
Luis Saldaña, TKO, R3
Saldana outclasses Lingo pretty much everywhere on the feet except in power. If Saldana avoids the power shots he will pick apart Lingo.
Kelleher vs. Pilarte
Brian Kelleher, SUB, R1
I'm going with a Kelleher club and sub.
Malecki vs. Nunes
Bea Malecki, DEC
I might just take a cat nap during this fight. Malecki wins with pressure and size i guess.
Knight vs. Cherant
William Knight, TKO, R2
Knight will get this fight to the ground and just beat on Cherant until he gives up.
Roberts vs. Bahamondes
Roosevelt Roberts, DEC
Roosevelt has been pretty bad in his last two fights but he showed a lot of talent before that. I believe that Bahamondes has high output but is slightly worse anywhere this fight goes.
Brahimaj vs. Palatnikov
Ramiz Brahimaj, SUB, R2
I don't get the Palatnikov love. He is a bum. I could even see Brahimaj getting the knockout as his hands were not that bad against Griffin.

LOTS OF LIVE DOGS
Predictions: 8 of 12 Winners, 3 Perfect, 530 Points | Tied for 182nd
Cannonier vs. Gastelum
Gastelum needs to out wrestle Cannonier to win. I just don't see it. It will be difficult but Cannonier definitely has the power to finish Gastelum.
Guida vs. Madsen
I don't think Madsens wrestling will be much of an advantage for as long as his tank lasts. Guida is a great measuring stick fight. Madsen probably needed another fight or two before fighting somebody like Guida who, despite being 39, is still game.
Sherman vs. Porter
I would love to see Porter knock Sherman out but I just don't see it. Sherman is bad; Porter is worse.
Jones vs. Kakhramonov
Kakhranmonv is a really, really good fighter. This is an awful spot for his first fight. Jones conditioing will be the difference.
Pichel vs. Hubbard
Almost certainly goes the distance. Hubbard has gotten better at wrestling but I think Pichel a step above him in that department.
Pantoja vs. Royval
Fight of the night. Gotta go with Pantoja considering Royval coming off injury.
Saldaña vs. Lingo
Not overly impressed by either fighter but I've liked what I've seen from Saldana more I guess.
Kelleher vs. Pilarte
The more I've thought about this fight the more I think Pilarte has a shot. I'm going to go with my initial thought of Kelleher by sub. Kelleher is just on a different level as of this writing. I can't confidently take Pilarte but the 10in reach advantage is massive.
Malecki vs. Nunes
Malecki has 7in in both reach and height. Her debut win against Macedo is more impressive than any of Nunes. Nunes has four straight finishes against absolute nobodies. I don't see how she get's close enough to hit Malecki with any kind of power.
Knight vs. Cherant
Cherant is definitely the better striker but Knight has freak power. Straight pick em fight like most of the rest of this card.
Roberts vs. Bahamondes
Could be close decision but could also see Bahamondes getting a finish. He looked really good in his debut.
Brahimaj vs. Palatnikov
I don't think Palatnikov lands the big shot he needs to win. I'm way more impressed that Brahimaj almost went the distance with Griffin in his debut than anything Palatnikov has done so far.

Predictions: 8 of 12 Winners, 3 Perfect, 530 Points | Tied for 182nd
I truthfully think at least one of Cherant or Pilarte pull off an upset. I almost certainly picked the wrong one.
