It's really hard to picture anyone stopping this dudes winning streak right now. His power is next level, he looks to have his weight cuts perfected and his grappling has gotten much better. Its gonna be a long time before anyone dethrones Figueiredo.
Ferguson vs. Oliveira
Tony Ferguson, TKO, R3
I hate this matchup for Charles. The difference in heart and toughness between these two is too big. Tony can roll with Charles but there is no way in hell Charles can trade punches with El Cucuy. I have Ferguson by 3rd round KO. Oliveira has never absorbed more than 48 significant strikes and won in all his UFC fights. Every fight with Ferguson becomes a war and Charles performs terribly in wars.
Dern vs. Jandiroba

Cant wait to watch these two grapple. My fear is that since they are both so proficient on the ground that it might wind up being a boxing match that nobody wants to see. I hope they grapple and if they do I think Jandiroba has the better wrestling and can get this fight to the ground if she wants to and her best chance while there is to favor position over submission and avoid Derns submission attempts. I could see her winning a decision if she pulls that off.
Holland vs. Souza

Classic striker vs grappler. Will Holland do his best to avoid going to the ground with Jacare? I hope so but I seriously doubt it. Jacare knows he needs to get this to the ground if he wants to win. No way he can strike with Holland, the size and reach advantages Holland has will be too much for him. My lean is Holland blows it and lets it go to the ground and he gets subbed but if Jacare cant get it there Holland pieces him up. I'm fading Hollands fight IQ and picking Jacare by submission.
dos Santos vs. Gane

It looks like JDS chin is gone, too many wars against killers. It's Gane's time now.
Swanson vs. Pineda
Daniel Pineda, TKO, R2
Cub has lost 4 out of his last 5 and is coming off a long layoff and a torn ACL. So hard to pick Cub here even though he has fought the tougher competition. Pineda is on fire right now. This fight should be action packed. Pineda will get it done inside the distance, like he always does.
Moicano vs. Fiziev

I think this is too big of a step up for Fisiev. This fight is so hard to call but if it winds up on the ground Moicano will drown him. Fisiev has top notch TD defense (100% in the UFC) and fantastic striking. Moicano has great striking himself and world class jiu jitsu. I'm going with Moicano because of the far more impressive resume, size advantage and grappling advantage. Gonna be a great fight!
Quarantillo vs. Tucker

Fired up for this one! Two really fun fighters to watch here. Quarantillos pressure, conditioning and wresting always seem to make the difference in his fights and I see it being no different here. Quarantillo is a rising star and I think he rolls tonight.
Torres vs. Hughes

Torres by lay and pray and against the fence clinch control. Yawn.
Hooper vs. Barrett

I could see Barrett coming back to win in the 3rd if Hooper gasses. Slippery Pete has a way of surviving submission attempts that seem to be locked in. The line is way too wide here IMO but I wouldnt bet this fight. I'll pick the dog here as a fade on Hoopers conditioning and experience with very low confidence.

I'm not saying Figueredo is bad, he is a legit champion i'm just saying he may not be the terrible monster some people (like you) think he is. To me, it seems like a technical guy with a good chin who can avoie early storm (like Askarov) could outpoint him in a 5 round fight. I do think he stay champion as long as he face kill or be kill type of guy like Moreno or Gabranth.
