I'll take Whittaker by decision here but with shaky confidence. Rob is a LOT faster and more technical than Cannonier, but he could definitely get caught lunging in and Whittaker has been dropped a LOT in his last three fights. Cannonier is the biggest puncher he's faced probably ever.

Khabib Nurmagomedov, SUB, R3
Gaethje might be the best wrestler among Khabib's opponents but Dagestani wrestling will prevail over American wrestling. For anyone to beat Khabib, they need to train with a wrestler who is similar to Khabib's wrestling style- the ability to wrap up the legs and control the wrist and suffocate you. Gaethje might have done his homework of tape studying but 28 other opponents have tried and failed. And the death of Khabib's father will only give him extra motivation to win and dedicate it to his dad.
Whittaker vs. Cannonier
Jared Cannonier, TKO, R2
Cannonier will move forward, pressure, and that'll make Whittaker to commit mistakes. Whittaker fought Brunson who rushed him with chin wide open, but Cannonier is a calculated and technical with huge power. Again, Whittaker fought Romero twice who is a counter striker, Till who is also a counter striker but Cannonier is gonna be on his face. Bad match up for Whittaker. I can see Whittaker lunging in with wild looping overhand, chin exposed, misses it and Cannonier capitalising it with bombs and establish himself as the true contender for the belt.
Volkov vs. Harris

Volkov looked Terrible in shape weighing in at 265 when for his last fight, he weighed in at 247.. Quarantine made volkov not to control his diet.. whereas Walt weighed in at 264 for his last fight but for this fight, he's coming in at 254 and has told in interviews that he has worked on his Cardio issues. Walt via TKO in early 2nd round.
