LOL !! UFC fighters especially heavyweights have to learn other skills to stay in the pack or they get left behind.
Back in 2010 -16 it was okay to be one or two skilled as a heavyweight. Not anymore... IMO
Tai is exposed because he doesnt take it seriously. I saw several of his online social media videos and how he lives his life. He's just like fighting and making money thats it. He is a brawler and not a martial artists.

Now some fighters are gangsters and will miss weight on purpose to get a W in the win column.
Thats why some fighters are super angry -- that 30% Purse LOSS is not enough and 80% or 90% is more a punishment.
-- I think... every fighter has a choice to take that fight or not if their opponent is missing weight.
Each fighter who takes the fight will need to ask -- "Is my technical skills better than my opponent to overcome a weight difference ?"

Really tho if Khabib got pulled from this card it would be an absolute disaster. the card is timed for Russian PPV buys which is why it starts at a ****** up time for us. Last Khabib fight they did a rumored 15 mill in PPV buys in Russia. If Khabib is pulled from a missed weight they lose most if not all of those buys and go on with Chandler vs Gaethje with a time frame set for a target audience that is now not going to buy it and its time oddly for the rest of the world. Total **** show for the UFC at that point.
So I can see why the weigh in went the way it did and it was ok.
