he's done something not too many dudes can, champ in 2 divisions. and constantly challenging himself with bigger fights/fighters... imo, he is. if he didn't say ridiculous things sometimes, he'd be liked more.

p.s. oh, and he bested # greatest ww of all time, twice.

in comparison to all other LWs at this point time that have competed in MMA, I think very much so that BJ Penn is currently the greatest LW of all time, but that could change in a few years.
