Phillips does all this work to get it to the ground and the ref is yelling "work! work!" when you're setting up a choke and you try to advance position and get reversed. Such a ******* joke. I'm so done with these bum ass judges/refs.

Phillips was doing nothing when the ref told him to work, when he was in mount and had the body triangle he got to work, but he didn’t do enough damage to win a round.
