I truly believe MMA is the greatest sport on earth but Mezzor is dead on, these fighters are looking for the easiest and least amount of danger they can find. And it's going to eventually choke the sport out of the big leagues because laying on the ground and humping each other is not fun to watch in any situation. It's not entertaining, it's not fun and it's not something the viewer watches and says "I want to do that." Which is what builds a sport to a powerhouse. I hope they eventually change the rules because fighters like Gamrot don't interest me in any way at all. Dude is an Ambien pill. Instant sleep. Worse than Khabib. Worse than "Volk won that fight and everyone knows it" Islam.
Not saying that wrestling should be banned or anything like that. I'm saying that these fighters who get touched once and seem to run towards the wrestling and hide under it. I don't like Khabib or Islam but at least they do big damage and finish. Scamrot is a point fighting wrestler who gets weak decisions.
