Ever since calf kicks were introduced into the game there is no more damaging move than a calf kick.
The calf kick is the move that every MMA fighter should learn, before the jab or the underhook.
The calf kick is even more damaging than the thigh kick. And especially causes swelling of the calf.
I think since Joe Rogan introduced the calf kick MMA has changed forever.
