Also Penne trains at Steel mma with actual professional fighters. Ducote trains with stay at home mums in the OKC area, there's about 10 people at her gym total and it's not even open Sundays.
On the other hand Penne is making more $$ off her onlyfans than she'll get from this fight and probably doesn't give a **** if she wins or not while Ducote is hawking 25% off coupons for some local farmers market. Good god she needs a win.
Penne should win this all day but will she bother turning up when she can just deep throat a banana, get the same pay and call it a day?

To your point that the UFC wants Penne to lose (I don't share this opinion), maybe the UFC believes Ducote has a good chance of beating her and that why they match them.

Betting advice

I would suggest sprinkling both Stoltzfus and Grant each by Split/Majority Decision. They both are not super high output guys. Grant especially has had very low output and of his 8 UFC fights... 4 end in KO... 4 end in a split decision. This guy has a tendency to get in these trade for trade punching matches that drag on like my wife on the telephone. Either someone has gotten slept on the judges gonna split so far in his UFC career. I wouldn't go crazy but for a few bones it might be worth a sprinky...
