Steve Garcia is the better fighter, but he'll probably lose because he's a blown-up 35'er

Maheshate is accustomed not just to the weight class (he's a true lightweight, but also to the time-zone and geography, also he's fighting at home so the crowd will for sure influence the judges. So for that reason i say Hayisaer gets a decision win. But in normal conditions, Garcia should win this fight however he wants, maybe by TKO in the third round or by decision
