I think the play is the over 2.5 rounds. I dont think Chandler puts him away.

A barely not debut fighter vs a short notice debut fighter that clearly doesn't belong in UFC.
Did fialho offer to pay the UFC instead of vice versa if they gave him gave him a can to beat in a nice spot on the card? *** could possibly possess the UFC to say yeah no **** khaos and Randy brown, the people wanna cap off an exciting prelims with a borderline regional fight.
Probably one of the weirdest card placement choices I've ever seen.
