Sure Garcia looked good fighting a super short notice replacement who had a bad cut and missed weight (because of the late notice). Weems, by the way 9-1 at the time against a combined 21-30 competition. Not a win I really care about.
As long as Newson's knee is healthy I just can't see an area where Garcia is better.
