Here is an article that demonstrates to me that Dana White was just talking ******** when he announced Lauzon’s “retirement.” In White’s head, Lauzon was going to be smashed by Pearce and have to retire. I guess Lauzon wasn’t ready.

in joes prime then maybe you can talk about him being better. but right now hell nawwww. id max bet hernandez round 1 ko if that fight happens. joe dosent have durability anymore.
how does joe win against hernandez? hernandez beats him everywhere but bjj. and hernandez is a black belt himself so thats no issue. hes faster, more explosive.
it seems like yall forget the guida and gritz fight.
anybody that losses to modern day guida honestly should be cut(yes i know i picked guida against puelles)

Just in my view, it’s rare to say one guy would beat another guy 100/100. There are too many variables in and outside of the actual fight that can cause the fight to swing one way or another. And for some reason I trust Lauzon to show up more often than not, regardless what his record says or who he has beaten in the past.
Back to the topic because I kind of don’t want to talk about Hernandez anymore, against Cowboy he has a shot.
I can’t wait to see the fight.

Gaethje title shot arguably not deserved, shoulda been Islam imo but well see. Oliveira striking is criminally underrated just bc he got hurt in his last two fights by huge punchers. U have to put him out cold if ur gonna knock him out otherwise hes gonna guard play. JG dont got that 1 hitter quitter power like people saying he does he got crazy recovery and great shot selection and most his TKOs are from an accumulation of large shots kind of like Paulo Costa. Even if he hurts Oliveira in round1 maybe drops him. Oliveiras gonna lay on his back and I think Gaethje will hesitate engaging with him on the ground like we saw Doostin did. Oliveira will work the body nicely imo with front kicks and knees in the clinch. We say Eddie worked the body nicely on Justin bc its hard to put JG away with head shots bc of his insane recovery. Oliveiras gonna pressure pressure get him against the fence look for a back take either after a blast double or even standing and lock in a RNC. We've seen these power punches just cant let their hands go the same against dangerous grapplers as they can with other strikers.

Esparza gets her down in rounds 1 and 2 but ima call that cut opening back up and a DOCTA STOPPAGE at the end of R3
Chandler vs. Ferguson

Chandler wins R1 and R2 starts gassing in the third and Ferguson begins to tune him up in the third. Don't see Ferguson getting finished Chandlers striking seems pretty one dimensional everything setup for the big right hand even the left hook he landed on Hooker was setup for the right hand. Likely clips Tony in R1 but wont find the finish.
St. Preux vs. Rua II

I dunno Lauzon could finish Cowboy early but im gonna go with Cowboy to weather an early storm. Will change depending upon how motivated they seem.

Surprised Williams is at 74% Brown has way better striking imo, good range management but I guess durability is a question for him. Khaos striking is quite novice he just has power in his hands Baeza literally kicked the **** out of his leg and knocked him off his feet while he fluked the ko. Not going to bet Brown though bc of fluke ko possibility. Can bet Brown at +200
Royval vs. Schnell

Royval is super entertaining and his guard play is very nice.

Ivanov is hard af to finish and De Lima has grappling hole I think Ivanov is good enough but wouldnt be surprised at a fluke ko.
