It should be Maxim Grishin all day. Ppl will say william knight because of the little run hes had and theyll say grishin is 1-2 in the ufc. Knight has fought some of the worst guys on the roster(cherant, camur), he just dosent impress me at all, he leans his head back with his chin up in the air in a lot of his fights and nobody has been able to capitalize on it.
Grishin though is a solid fighter, his 2 ufc losses are to tybura top 10 hw, and jacoby who should be ranked, and arguably won that jacoby fight.
Knight shouldn't be in the ufc imo.
The only thing that worries me about Grishin is his age and cardio. But other than that he is better than him everywhere.

I would agree with that but Bobby has been looking so good lately. That fiziev performance was hella impressive, and even though he’s washed up, koing Al was pretty impressive

Adesanya vs. Whittaker II
Robert Whittaker, DEC
I've been slacking on picks lately. I haven't given it much attention and when I have, it's not where I want it. My gut is usually right despite my going against it so I'm basing this off of who I feel wins.

None of these fights have a big anticipation factor for me. Several of them could be really good but nothing grabs me like Shavkat/Harris from last night.

Izzy/Rob will probably be boring, Izzy has too much Anderson in him to initiate against anyone he respects or is worried about (see Romero) and Rob will probably turn to grappling for the win and he's not an exciting grappler.

Lewis/Tai will probably be great as long as it lasts but will we learn anything new? Probably not.

Brunson/Cannonier is a more extreme version of the main event; either Jared sparks him most likely early or Brunson will dry hump him.

Several of the prelims will probably be good but there's 15 fights, way too many.

The 2 fights that probably interest me the most are both pretty low-level: Grishin/Knight & Ulberg/Cherant.

I think Grishin got a much tougher fight. The question is can he do what Jung did and take and keep Knight down. Knight is usually a good scrambler and dangerous with ground and pound. Grishin has fought at HW so can he handle Knight's raw power?

And Ulberg will probably win but I just love Cherant's nickname and keep hoping he'll live up to it. Nobody ****s with an angry water buffalo.

To each their own when it comes to the Tai vs Lewis fight sure If Tai engages in a fire fight that probably favors Lewis but I see Tai as the more technical striker & absolutely no reason why he can’t circle a flat footed lewis & chop him down with leg kicks those will be there all day long. Tai Tuivasa Wins via decision

Derrick Lewis and Bobby Green both loss in Houston in UFC 265 tho 90% of the crowd was cheering for both of them. They should redeem themselves on the 12th but it would be epic if Tai ends up doing shoeeys in Houston, that would make him a 10x bigger star which is good for business too.

Tough matchup for whittaker because he's a range fighter and he will be at like a 8 inch disadvantage, hopefully he's patience, can touch Izzy, and we get a war of some sort. That's my ideal fight.
