Also just finished re watching Herman vs Alonzo. Not sure where he “gassed” he threw more shots in the third then he did in the 1st lol

Well yeah but against a guy who has a similar fighting style, absorbing shots to give a shot might not even happen because he will likely be separated from consciousness. Just because he couldn’t get Herman out of there doesn’t mean he can’t ko knight; he still hits like a truck

Exactly, Alonzo showed great improvements. Added the calf kicks, better cardio, better movement around the Octagon and great striking combos. People hate Alonzo coz he let them down against the vet in Devin Clark. Those losses clearly were necessary in his development as a fighter. Remember this bout against Knight was meant to happen in March this year, no ? But instead went to beat and show off his submission game against Fabio and went full 15 mins with a Vet in Ed Herman (Ed would beat William Knight btw). This is a scarier Alonzo. Sayif Saud clearly putting in serious work with Alonzo. Also he hasn't been uploading on IG which is again scary coz his 1000% be making improment with out us seeing it. Alonzo will win via GnP R2.

yup, I think it’s crazy to say he hasn’t made improvements. I feel like you are thinking knight will do to him what osp did to him, but at the end of the day, Alonzo made a mistake. It’s not like he’s going to have his chin exposed everytime he throws a punch. People make mistakes so that they can learn from them. I bet he never makes that mistake again. He’s looked flawless since then.
