Shoot Boxing makes sense for them since 2 of their biggest stars are RENA and Souwer and Takeshi Caesar seems to working closely with them. I don't think RENA is still too sold on MMA at the moment so they need a way to keep her around, it's also a good way for her to continue to build an international fanbase while she continues to develop her MMA skills.
