Ion Cutelaba, TKO, R1
This is a winnable fight for Lins. He’s got the better cardio and technique, and has been overall more consistent at 205. However, I question his chances against a loose cannon like Ion. We’ve seen Lins find his best success against guys like Grishin and Prachnio; a weak volume striker and a slow, plodding striker. Cutelaba might have his problems, but he comes out fast and has some of the most savage killer instinct at LHW. We’ve seen Lins felled by lesser punchers. On the ground, Ion will also likely have the grappling advantage, should he decide to use it. I can see why people are taking Lins as the underdog, as Ion is a flawed fighter, but it’s hard to ignore how many times Lins has been chinned. Ion has been inconsistent, but he’s had far better performances in his UFC career overall. I could just be letting my bias as a fan get in the way here, but I’ve got Cutelaba by KO. It’s absolutely possible he loses this fight, but it feels like a bad match up for Lins.

A Draw w/ Grant Dawson & a KO win over Joaquim Silva is good to have on one's record but I just believe Dober is the all around better fighter of the two.

Aoriqileng, TKO, R1
While neither man has looked particularly impressive in their UFC career, I’m leaning Aoriqileng. Originally, I had no clue who to pick, but after watching tape, I think he has some fairly clear cut advantages: bigger finishing upside, bigger punching power, better wrestling and fights at a higher pace. Munoz isn’t a bad fighter, but his IQ has been questionable at best (pulling guard against Daniel Santos), and his lukewarm performances against guys like Sholinian do little to inspire confidence. While I can see this fight being competitive, I think Aoriqileng has far more avenues to victory. “The Mongolian Murderer” by KO or decision.
