Also USADA don't list Flowers in their database that I can see, tried to search for him, are you sure he officially popped?
Edit: So apparently it was 11 months ago he fought on Contender Series. Still don't see him listed in the USADA database though.
Whatever the case you just don't take steroids and then get shredded like a magical pill. You take steroids then work out hard and then you get extra shredded. There's no magic fat loss pill so he put in some work regardless.
We will see how he looks on the scale on friday.

it's also worth noting that gaethje trains and lives full time in colorado which if i'm not mistaken is at an even higher elevation than utah
one last thing that I think might be worth mentioning is how after the last Utah card, Rockhold came out and said that he went there early and that still didn't help him adjust to the elevation
