@rah I don’t even use sherdog and Bigmarcel doesn’t do anything except post fight announcements dummy. I watched Perez’s fights and answered that one guys question about the matchup. You just cry everytime i give input because you can’t stand me lol. I watch pretty much every prospect that makes it to the ufc; I have a list where I track them, but keep crying

Weird wolf guy would be a very vague description if TARTARA wasn't the weirdest guy on Tapology.

Gane vs. Tuivasa
Ciryl Gane, DEC
Should be a fun heavyweight main here. Both fighters stylistically have opposite skillsets. Gane is a tall rangy fighter who has a lightning quick jab and likes to throw it off a switch stance. throws heavy kicks to the legs and body specifically. Tuivasa's striking is point blank, get on the inside and throw them lunch boxes at his opponents. I'm leaning towards Gane in this fight. I feel like he has more avenues to win. He should be able to use that fast jab to stifle Tai's timing, set up his kicks, and evade. Also worthy to note that Gane does have a submission game but comes with a pretty weak takedown accuracy. It's not out of the realm of possibility that he can catch Tai in a choke. From a betting perspective I don't have much interest in betting this. DK sportsbook has Gane at -560 at the moment is way too wide for a 5 round heavyweight fight. Anything can go down in those 25 minutes. I will say this about Tai, if you're going to bet him to win, might as well take him by the KO/TKO prop get some more value for your ticket.

"What an excellent day for combat."

It's a close fight. But I expect Stotzfus wrestling to be countered by Abu. And he is a better striker. Close decision to Abu imo

Tai has tremendous power and seems to be getting better every fight but I think Gane is a level above anyone Tai has beaten in his last 5. Hopefully fighting in his home country won't be to much pressure for Gane. KEEP THE PARLAYS SMALL BOYS ITS FRANCE. THAT ATHELIC COMMISSION IS PROBABLY TERRIBLE

Jourdain Vs Wood

Predictions: 11 of 12 Winners, 5 Perfect, 740 Points   |   Tied for 26th with 13 others

Not going to be making many predictions for this card but I thought I'd drop my thoughts about one of the most interesting fights on the card. Both of them coming of really good performances lately.

It's very illuminating to watch both of them fight Andre Ewell and see the differences in their style.

When Wood fought Ewell it was quite obvious that he was the much faster fighter, and I really liked how he would pressure Ewell and cut off the cage, and when he threw it was with really nice cominations and leg kicks. He got past the longer reach really well and mixed up the takedowns. Ewell kept his cardio going till the end but Wood really pieced him up.

With Jourdain, it is obvious that he is less mobile and is more stationary with Muay Thai striking. He pressures less and cuts off the cage less. He is also obviously less quick but seems to have some power. His strikes were also more single strikes than combinations though he too has nice kicks. The interesting thing is that he is open to getting taken down off kicks and when he is on the ground he can get controlled, even by someone like Ewell who has no ground game. Also in this fight Ewell was moving up to a higher weight class and seemed to get more tired.

My initial gut feeling just looking at the fight was that I would want to pick Jourdain, now I feel that Wood has the advantage. Even in Jourdains last fight he was getting pressured and controlled by Burgos, but then Burgos gassed out and slowed down and Jourdain whaled on him. Wood is not going to slow down, he will pressure, throw combinations and be the faster striker. He will have the takedown and ground advantage and he will not be getting submitted by Jourdain who does have some nice sneaky subs. I know that Wood looked really good in his last fight as well, but that was against Charles Rosa who is horrible on the feet. So I am more basing this on watching the Ewell fights.

I think Wood takes a close decision. And I like the underdog odds.
