Lutterbach vs. Manfio
Joilton Lutterbach, TKO, R1
Joilton Lutterbach has got some heavy hands and that combined with the fact that his last fight was at Welterweight rather than Lightweight makes me think he'll find a KO fairly easily. Raush Manfio has never been KO'd so he's got that going for him but I think that Lutterbach will end that statistic in style.

I got 4 units to win 2 units on a Pettis/Diamond parlay. I see no way either of those guys loses, but then again this is MMA. Pettis still has his chin completely under him at 155 so at the least I expect him to finish Clay or make it to a decision.

@Tieoken  I've got to say I don't mind that bet ( Pettis will very likely win) as I think Dustin is good value at +105 but I can absolutely envision him losing that fight and it's nothing like a lock. Dustin caught Mcnuggets with his pants down with that low kick, and the damage to his leg massively affected his movement and Boxing defense/offense. Particularly it resulted in him being forced to dip into Poirier's uppercuts/shovel stuff which led to the KO. The question is, if Poirier can't make that happen, is he going to beat Mcgregor, who will almost certainly turn up better in the do-over, in mostly a pure Boxing match?

If Mcgregor has a plan to mitigate it this time, which I suspect he will, then you're looking at fight  that plays out very very differently--one that's a coin toss or one that favors Mcgregor IMO. Poirier ( who had been actively fighting seriously bad ************s) was his first real fight in 3 years, Cowboy was a gimme. As much as I don't like McGilligity  that fight was definitely not representative of what he's likely to bring this time around, and this fight is going to be a different deal.

^Tyler Diamond. Not Dustin, I’d have a hard time betting that one again, too much heart motivating me to pick Dustin regardless of the facts.

I vote everybody stops using the term 'Units'. I get it's common parlance in the gambling world but seriously guys, you're betting on face-punching, not trading pips. I want to know what people have laid out as a non-abstracted dollar value when reading people's bets.

I always thought the term was adopted because of the inevitable desire to inflate your hypothetical bank roll. For me a “Unit” is 1% of my roll in a betting account. So right now just short of 20 usd.

I just used the unit system for self control lol. Have a max number of units rule and all just so I don't get out of hand with betting on a fighter I like or against one I dislike. My units are only $14 this year up from last year when I had $5 units. AT the end of each year I adjust my units to whatever is in my BR to equal 100 units again. helps me keep track of things too. too each is own I guess but the biggest help I find from it is not just betting random dollar amounts on people. Like 50 here or 20 there. It helps me keep it more even I guess.

Also units are easier to translate when it comes to selling picks or bets to people who don't have the same BR as you. So when you send your picks for the day instead of saying $100 on this person $60 on that person. the person using the bets my only have 160 in their BR at the time so that doesn't really work. But if you explain to them a units system and get them to apply it to their BR than the picks like 2 units on him and 1 unit on her translates to any BR
