Andreas "Real Steel" Stahl joined the UFC with a 9-0 professional record.
His last two outings before getting the call to the big leagues ended in victory for the young swede, where Stahl finished both opponents within the first two rounds. He faced german based fighter Abusupiyan Magomedov at Heroes Fighting Championships event in March of 2013. Stahl sunk in a rear-naked choke in the second round whereby Magomedov submitted. Later the same year Stahl fought Veselin Dimitrov at European MMA 6 in Denmark. The perceived lop-sided fight was stopped in the first round, declaring Stahl as winner by TKO.
His debut fight in the UFC will be against Gilbert Burns in San Jose, California, USA @ UFC on FOX 12: Lawler vs. Brown
Stahl(pronounced "staul" in his native swedish) fights out of Umea, Sweden. He trains with Renyi Fight Camp and Alliance MMA. His training partners include fellow swedes and UFC signees Tor Troeng and Alexander Gustafsson.
