Perez hasn't pulled out from 12 fights in 4 years. He's only withdrawn from a fight with no clear explanation twice. Perez's opponents have had just as hard a time making it to fight night as he has.

If we're counting injuries, weight misses and fight day medical issues, it's still only 5 (Pettis, Schnell x2, Albazi, Kape). If the guy actually ditched 12 fights in 4 years he wouldn't still be on the roster.

Tagir is much more deserving of this slander. Perez has been on the roster almost a year and a half longer than Tagir yet the latter has pulled out 6 times already.

Yes my statement toward Perez was perhaps not the most fair. Regardless, he has 40 minutes of Octagon time in the last 5 years as well as 12 cancelled fights, his fault or not.
Generally I leave capping such fighters to last.

I got Gabe at -120 where I think he should be -150. 1.83/1.67 (using civilized odds that you can actually calculate anything with) is 10% estimated value (EV).
