Always enjoy the fight nights as these fighters have a mental hunger to them whether that's good or bad is up to them.

The whole division is busy/injuried. The top five don't wanna fight down and i imagine that he wants to fight at least a ranked opponent next. Do you guys think a beneil fight is unrealistic?

Grant puts himself in a weird spot because he said he won’t fight any ATT guys (no arman, no gamrot, no poirier) since he trains with them (people gotta move away from this mentality)

Garry & luque
What’s really annoying is half those ATT guys only train their part time & have their own coaches. I get dawson trains day in and out with gamrot and poirier but he should not be afraid to fight them, that’s the fight game

I do agree though, fighters should be ready to fight a gym mate, as long as it's not your actual brother like making the Basharats fight one another. That would be asking a bit much.

Joaquin Buckley, TKO, R2
This bout brings a scenario we see very often in each division just outside the rankings. Two fighters that are missing a piece or two in their game that if fixed would benefit them greatly and could potentially see them take a place in the rankings.
Alex is your more by-the-book MMA fighter who sticks to the gameplan and you won't see him throwing anything unwarranted. On the other side, Buckley is the opposite, a brawler in a sense but has very good striking accuracy not your 2003 brawler but more an evolved modern-day version.
I was certain that Alex would win this bout due to Buckley probably being frustrated with Alex's game plan in general with regard to low-risk high-reward style fighting. But I went back to watch Alex's last few fights and Buckley's losses and one thing that is noticeable is yes Alex follows the gameplan and can take on pressure when put into a bad position however he is hittable. Alex is not your elusive fighter he has footwork but he isn't moving his head off the center line when going in and out of attacks.
Buckley has very good accuracy and can throw huge shots for large periods of time for the whole three rounds is questionable as his only fight that went to decision(Alessio Di Chirico ) he slowed down down by the third. So there is hope for Alex if he can get to the later rounds but I still don't know how Alex is going to get there as I believe Buckley has the power to take him out before.
The last thing I will leave everyone with is that the ranking from 15 to 10 is as follows Michael Chiesa,Neil Magny,Kevin Holland,Jack Della Maddalena,Ian Machado Garry and Vicente Luque. With a win here do you see either man beating any of these fighters?

Grant Dawson, SUB, R4
RNC. 5B
Pyfer vs. Razak Alhassan
Joe Pyfer, TKO, R1
Huge Cross KO, Abdul tries to beat Pyfer to it but falls for a feign and pays for it. Highlight reel. 5B
Morono vs. Buckley
Alex Morono, DEC
The fight style of Morono is tailor made to beat Buckley, Both fighters get bloodied in this one, but Morono edges this one 29-28x3 UNI. 5A
Dober vs. Glenn
Drew Dober, SUB, R3
Arm Triangle choke.
Algeo vs. Hernandez
Bill Algeo, DEC
29-28x3 Uni. Algeo takes a bit to find his range here, considering his opponent is much shorter but nearly as lanky. Alex looks fantastic to start this fight off, but Algeo finds his range towards the end of round 1. Down 1, Algeo starts to really switch it up here, he eventually outlands, outpaces, and even grinds his opponent down to the canvas in both of the ladder rounds securing a decision dub.
Lins vs. Cutelaba
Philipe Lins, TKO, R1
Lins is starting to be quite impressive as of late,He lands a beautiful counter during a classic Ion flurry, Ion drops to his knees as Lins cycles to his own right, and delivers another left and it lands as the ref dives to stop the fight. Wild finish. 5A
Kowalkiewicz vs. Belbiţă
Diana Belbiţă, DEC
This is a very interesting matchmaking choice. Definition of a trap fight. I'm willing to go out on a limb and side with a Belbita who might understand that this is a gigantic opportunity on a platter. Dec 30-27, 29-28x2.
Maness vs. Mendonça
Mateus Mendonça, TKO, R2
Punches on the cage from clinch and they land hard. Maness drops to a knee, he puts a hand in front of the punches but its all optics and the ref steps in, huge bounceback win for Mendonca. 5A
Murata vs. Demopoulos
Kanako Murata, DEC
30-27x2, 29-28 Uni for Kanako. Demop will have to fight off her back in this one.
Munoz Jr. vs. Aoriqileng
Aoriqileng, DEC
30-27, 29-28x2 Uni for Aoriqileng. Munoz comes out hot, and arguably steals the round with how solid he starts, except I think the execution of gameplan will fade as time goes on, whereas Aori is slightly more consistent.
De La Rosa vs. Aldrich
JJ Aldrich, DEC
JJ edges Montana who will look less sharp and more desperate as the fight goes on. 29-28x3 Uni.
