Pretty sure she missed weight against Roberson, tried to cheat & thumb her eye while getting subbed. I don’t know why Tap has it has a catchweight I vividly remember Rogan callin her out on in. I’d have to watch it again to be sure

Pricilla bascully try and remove a girl eye and nothing happen to her,  and the opposite has happen, UFC are giving her winnable fight for a low level fighter, It pretty **** up and honesly that why I nothing against fighter cheating most of the time, It's on the ref to enforce the rules, And MMA is one of the only sports when fighter are pretty much aloud to cheat, I think you be stupid not to take advantage of referee being *****'s and not enforcing the rule, If for say in football,You aloud to grab the ball and run because the ref don't do they're job, You think people won't do that

But if you get punished also, Good, Because you shouldn't be cheating and it good for the ref to do his job

Really good card, where there is very good matchmaking not only on the main card but also in preliminary fights like Giles vs. Bonfim, Chiesa vs. Holland in addition to giving space to veterans like Tony Ferguson and Derrick Lewis in high spots of the preliminaries. I imagine they chose Utah because UFC 278 was surely a success in gate but height is going to be an important factor in fights like Costa vs. Ikram and Jan vs. Poatan.

The only thing that doesn't fit me at all is the need to bring the useless BMF Belt, which to be honest wasn't bad for something commemorative of a single night: it was the 500th event of the UFC, there was no title fight. in the main event and the Masvidal vs. Diaz sold so well (945k PPV Sales) that the greatest figure in boxing at the time, Canelo Alvarez (and in my opinion he is still the main boxing draw today) had to wait until the UFC main event was over before he could start. their fight, but bringing it back is something that does not make sense.
In the past in the UFC there have been many pay-per-views headlined by non-title fights like Evans vs. Rampage (a success in PPV sales), Mir vs. Cro Cop (a PPV that affected the career of those involved in a not very positive way) to mention a few examples. Poirier vs. Gaethje 2 is the rematch of a fight that was FOTN and a fundamental step in the run that led Poirier (IC) to a title unification against Khabib (C), they are one of the most dynamic UFC fighters who always give a show and surely the billboard will sell plus 500k in PPV Sales, the Fisher Price Belt is not necessary for Gaethje and Poirier to headline a PPV.

a growing market that is paying loads of money to the UFC that recently just had a historic card/main event and this is basically the UFC showing them respect by giving them a big time event to match last time out

I seriously doubt Pereira defends Jan's takedowns..

Predictions: 6 of 8 Winners, 2 Perfect, 390 Points   |   Tied for 4311th

Pereira's lack of ground game will most likely be his downfall here. His feud with Izzy is realistically the only reason we've been invested in him but if we're honest he's simply too one-dimensional.

I doubt he's going to be able to defend takedowns consistently and can definitely see a 49-46 decision win for Jan. Just a few months ago MMA twitter were concerned that Alex would be fighting the contenders at middleweight because his ground game is so trash and I just don't see how it's any better fighting a bigger guy who wrestle****** Izzy to a 49-45 decision.

I personally want Pereira to win because it would make things very exciting at 205.  Imagine a Jiri vs Pereira main event for the title.  Pereira is just an all around awesome guy.

To be fair, Alex has the stand-up advantage and we know he can delete anyone with his left hook, but I'd say Jan had his time, Pereira is still fresh to MMA, and he's got Glover working with him so he's only going to improve, what I've concerned about if he's training with Strickland. I have no idea how this was a good idea to him and his team.
