To be fair, Sam Kei isn't a big fight. Aside from being a fat 205er, I think Sam is pretty much the same exact opponent Juan feasted on prior to the UFC.

Expecting a takedown to mount and GnP finish early.

I raked last week.  I hit Rob Wilkinson by KO, Monte Rd 1 +900, Monte by KO/TKO/DQ +800... Then I was 9/9 on the Pogey Rob Parlay before Clay Collard got himself robbed on that split.  Would have been 10 for 10 but I hedged out anyhow and got Alex Martinez for like +350 live.  Twas a fun night.

Sam Kei isn't a good fighter, but dude can brawl and throws heat. 

Remember Juan Adams was KO'd by Hardy, his chin is horrible and striking defense is so slow. Wouldn't be surprised if Kei catches him with a 1 hitter quitter.
