bochniak is the only guy besides tim elliot i've seen go full "welcome to my face to your fist style" **** had me rolling. tuning in hoping he does it again

I drop in to share this during each of his fights so pardon if you've read this before:

I wrestled with Jamelle Jones in high-school (Olympian Jordan Burroughs was on our team as well). He is an extremely above average wrestler for a heavyweight. 

I haven't talked to him in like a month leading up to this fight so I have no idea what his approach is. I can't think of a better fight for him to at least try and clinch/grapple/wrestle some then against a guy with 10in of reach. 

Jamelle isn't a black belt but he's not completely clueless when it comes to jiu jitsu. The only way I see him being subbed is if Renan can take his back which with his length/reach is very possible. I think Jamelle will be able to defend everything else pretty well if it's on the ground. 

I could easily see this fight going very similar to Ferreira's fight with Seumanutafa: win's unanimously but unimpressively. 

One last thing: Jamelle had every intention of fighting this season at LHW and was at one point down to 210lbs. I never got clear confirmation from him if his cardio just didn't hold up or if the PFL had something to do with him nixing the idea. Just thought some of you might find that interesting.

Renan being a -800 favorite is making me want to side with Jones lol

Imo it's hard to go with Jamelle James tho, every time he gets a step up in competition he gets KO'd. So I understand why he is a huge underdog.

This is gonna be another fight card where I’m going to bet a 6-leg parlay and one of the heavy favorites is gonna **** the bed

Going over the predictions, I feel like PFL is setting up more then a few fighters for a first round finish (I'd imagine for entertainment purposes and hopefully a viral KO)

Why’d they have to make this on Thursday now I have to watch during my lecture lol

Predictions, solid night of fights for the PFL lots of interesting stylistic matchups and good names fighting.

Flores vs Bolaghi is a classic striker vs wrestler matchup both have lots of experience against good competition. I favour the wrestler in Bolaghi expect him to be able to get this fight to the ground and have success with gnp- Bolaghi via decision 

Moraes vs Salmon should be a fun one for as long as it lasts both like to strike but I think Moraes has the better striking and overall more power- Moraes via 1st round tko (punches)

Abreu vs Keresh experience vs undefeated prospect, this is a close one Keresh is a really good prospect with good striking and top game that said Im favouring Abreu due to his well rounded skills on the feet and especially his BJJ- Abreu via 2nd round submission (RNC)

Jenkins vs Bochniak, wrestler vs tough willed striker- Jenkins via decision 

Delija vs Scheffel on paper a bit lopsided matchmaking, Delija much better experience and skills- Delija via 1st round tko (punches)

Goltsov vs Goodale another lopsided matchup and Goodale is taking it on short notice- Goltsov via 1st round tko (GNP)

Ferreira vs Jones arguably closer matchup than the odds suggest, Jones is a solid wrestler that said Ferreira should have the clear advantage on the feet and with his BJJ should be able to avoid trouble on the ground and present trouble of his own- Ferreira via 1st round KO (overhand right)

Loughnane vs Kudo fun matchup as both fighters like to strike and have power, that said Lughnane is smart enough to know to mix it up especially if he doesn't have success early and Loughnane should be on another level in terms of grappling- Loughnane via 2nd round tko (GNP)

Palmer vs Wade competitive matchup definitely see it being a close decision I slightly favour Palmer both are well rounded but I see Palmer having more success with the wrestling to edge out a close decision- Palmer via decision

Cappelozza vs Austin another fairly lopsided matchup, both like to strike but Cappelozza should have the far superior striking- Cappelozza via 1st round KO (punches)

Moraes vs. Salmon
I am obsessed with Sheymon Moraes at -190. He has a xerophthalmic sprawl and a strong chin. Moraes must yank the crowd noise.

Goltsov vs. Goodale
I am with Denis Goltsov at -2000. He has a captivating gas tank and a zingy palm block. Goltsov should quiet the adversary. No question!

Delija vs. Scheffel
I am sticking with Ante Delija at -670. He has a wretched palm block. Delija ought to tackle the achievement.

Ferreira vs. Jones
I want Renan Ferreira at -850. He has a heavenly full guard and a weak training style. Ferreira could sabotage the cycle.

Bochniak vs. Jenkins
I go for Bubba Jenkins at -305. He has a trendy kouchi gari. Jenkins is gonna avert the ring announcer.

Abreu vs. Keresh
I am going with Adam Keresh at -220. He has a wretched hammerlock. Keresh is about to bully the previous pitfalls. Easy!

Cappelozza vs. Austin
I am sniffing Bruno Cappelozza at -1000. He has a wretched piledriver and a leaden reverse frankensteiner. Cappelozza is about to toss the underdog.

Loughnane vs. Kudo
I choose Brendan Loughnane at -1250. He has an outrageous mentality. Loughnane must vandalize the Octagon.

Flores vs. Bolaghi
I am all about Saba Bolaghi at -140. He has a venomous powerbomb. Bolaghi won't scramble the victory.

Have a lot of 1st rd knockouts predicted. Let’s see. 

I think a lot of the reason favorites seem to eat **** in PFL is because of the rule set. No elbows is a big deal and getting a title shot varying on how you finished your opponent can really **** with your head 

10-9 Flores 

Close round but I gave it to Flores, other dude didn’t really land anything significant besides that last second Superman punch. Plus that takedown was clean from Flores 

Bolaghi's distance management kind of sucks. No point coming out Boxing if you're going to fight in Muay Thai distance.

Flores looks great, smart fighter, good timing

That was nice scramble Damn 

Another close round I think 2-0 Flores landed the more significant strikes he’s looking good
