I think kattar biggest hope is Giga turns into max holloway for 2-3 rounds and gasses out so he can get a late ko. Other than that, I don’t see him winning. Giga is probably the best striker in the division

Don't think it'll make it that far tbh. Giga has probably some of the most Technical striking in the ufc. Think we could get a TKO in the second or 3rd.

Definitely won't be gassing , can guarantee you that.

Yeah he has improved immensely but if he starts teeing off on kattar like holloway did I’m positive he will gas because only max holloway can keep that pace for 5 rounds. I don’t see him koing kattar but crazier things have happened

The reason Giga doesn’t gas any more is because he’s learned to pace himself

He won't gas because he doesn't need to fight like Max and Kattar won't find the way to effectively pressure him. There will also most likely be no grappling. If Giga won't knock him out, then maybe he will be a bit tired in fourth and fifth but what, will he get finished? I don't think so, because Kattar will be tired af as well.
I think Calvin can only win via KO, I don't know, elbow in the clinch like against Stephens? Or if he's somehow able to put the pressure on Giga and walk him down but I don't think so.

That’s what I was thinking. Probably the only way he wins is via late round finish. It’s literally boxing vs kickboxing. Giga doesn’t need to fight like max but if he sees an opportunity to lay a beating on kattar I think he will, and could potentially gas. Kattar is well conditioned so I don’t think he will be tired going into the later rounds

I think he will probably be tired because of missing his punches (I see this happening because of Giga's movement, Calvin always struggled against guys who can use it well, aka Moicano and Zabit) and bodykicks from Chikadze. They're ******* nasty and Kattar likes to use high guard defensively so I'm not sure if he will even survive those.

He is a zombie tho. Obviously max holloway isn’t as hard of a hitter as Giga is but I could see kattar walking him down and eating some punches

We’ve also never seen him gas so I don’t expect it to start now

And also that’s the thing, only max holloway can have that kind of output for so long. Giga would gas if he kept max holloways pace and I think kattar would be the fresher fighter should that happen
