I don't necessarily get the hate for the "late" stoppage, didn't think Casey was doing much damage with those early punches and elbows. When Shevchenko turned it was the right decision to stop the fight because Casey would have unloaded on her.
Damage should be the main factor in stopping a fight and awarding a TKO. That being said it's just my take, I understand that others see it differently.
