Predictions: 7 of 12 Winners, 4 Perfect, 500 Points | Tied for 153rd
Martin Nguyen, TKO, R2
I've been starting to reeaaally enjoy ONE, Martin Nguyen definitely plays a role in that. Just sucha fun striker to watch. There's a bunch more tooo. I see nooo way this fight goes past R2.
Folayang vs. Alvarez
Eduard Folayang, TKO, R1
I knooow I'm gonna get downvoted sooo badly for this but lemme just say 1st, I LIKE EDDIE ALVAREZ. Huge fan of his long, storied career. I especially love the Bellator version of Alvarez. The trilogy fights with Mike Chandler, geeezus christ. Maybe the best rematch/trilogy fights of all-time. Definitely top 3. But those days are gone. I don't think Eddie has much left in the tank, atleast against elite talent. I'm not saying Landslide Folayang is elite. He's goood, but...... Not elite. But what's in his favor, is I think Eddie's chin has been tested and is of question for me. Annnd I think THAT'S HOW Folayang wins. If Folayang wins, the question then is, did Folayang beat Eddie, or did Eddie beat Eddie??? Time will tell.
Johnson vs. Wada
Demetrious Johnson, SUB, R2
See if this fight goes a little better for DJ this time. Think he maybe had to deal with A TON of pressure for his debut, and he did have to face a little adversity in that 1st frame tooo.

Arjan Bhullar, DEC
Oooooooo yeeaaaa .... I straight up forgot about this signing. Arjan Bhullar. I know you know I forget just about everything.. Anything a few days old, yeah forgetta bout it. But let's be real here. Bhullar is well...... He's rather extra unexciting. You hafta agree.
Nakashima vs. Okami
James Nakashima, DEC
This could very well be, the most boring fight of the night. Nakashima is so goddamn stifling. But he's so ****** stingy when it comes to finishing fights. He's one of the worst about it too. Bugs the **** outta me. Yushin Okami. what's there to say ya know? Pioneer. Legend. Absolutely having a rough go of things for a little while. Annnd definitely on the downward trend with his career. I kinda see this as a wipeout for Okami........ On the wrong side of it.

Koyomi Matsushima, DEC
This is a much closer fighg ghan the picks suggest. Matsushima KTFO'd former champ Gafurov and is 1 of Japans top prospects and you know ONE would love some Japanese champions for their big push into Japan. Nguyen is a terrific striker tho and he could easily the KO. I think Matsushima wrestling will be the deciding factor. As he showed last time he has no issue shutting down a dangerous striker. Put me down for the upset.
Folayang vs. Alvarez
Eddie Alvarez, TKO, R2
Eddie gets back in the win column here. Folayang is coming off a 1st round drubbing from Aoki and I dont think he's ever beaten anyone of Eddie's calibre. I picked Tim Nasty to KO Edward but I am prettg confident he ****s Folayang up without much issues
Cerilli vs. Bhullar
Mauro Cerilli, TKO, R1
I am hoping the wrestler gets KTFO'd. ALWAYS!!!
Banario vs. Park
Dae Sung Park, TKO, R2
I like what I've seen of "Crazy Dog" and Banario, not so much!
Kelly vs. Bin
Xie Bin, SUB, R2
Xie Bin is another Chinese killer! Ed Kelly, while always entertaining is getting to yhe stage where he can't hang with the young bucks anymore. Should be a fun match til it hits the floor and Xie puts him in the Bin!!!
Mitsatit vs. Miao
Litao Miao, DEC
Mittsatit is a wee killer, he has near 100 wins in Muay Thai and you can tell! Thing is Miao is yet another Chinese killer who, in his last fight ended Amnauysirichoke, (yeah thats easy to spell!) who also had literally 100's of Muay Thai wins! So I dont know? All I expect is a crazy high paced scrap!

Demetrious Johnson, SUB, R1
There's a pretty significant size difference in this match up. I seen a few folks on Twitter claiming its a set up! But when is DJ not at a size disadvantage? I think he's gonna have a comfortable win here as Wada has no power to worry DJ. I expect a quick takedown; scramble, catch a limb, get the win!
Wakamatsu vs. Eustaquio
Yuya Wakamatsu, TKO, R2
Wakamatsu is an exciting powerful striker. He stung DJ a few times and I've seen him end guys over in Pancrase! Eustaquio was the champion last year and I gave no idea how? About a year ago Team Lakay, a bunch od Wushu guys ended up with titles in 3 or 4 weight classes! There was Eustaquio, Belingnon, Pacio and Folayang. They all lost their belts after 1 fight! Anyway, this looks like a fun fight Wakamatsu has a definite power advantage but his ground game is a weakness. I think Eustaquio is gonna go for takedowns even though he's more of a striker. I'm hoping Wakamatsu can keep it standing long enough to eventually catch, hurt and finish the fight
Issa vs. Takenaka
Leandro Issa, SUB, R2
Takenaka was real unlucky to lose his last fight as he was winning until a cut stopped the fight. ONE will stop fights over cuts that would never be stopped in the UFC, Bellator, ACA, any other Western promotion. I don't get why they hate blood so much!? Anyway Takenaka was really unlucky but he's up against 1 of the best BJJ practitioners in MMA. If the fight hits the ground its over quickly! Issa is far from a good striker and he's been KO'd a few times. Thing is Takenaka isn't a guy who finishes with strikes, he's more a grappler which is Issa's world.
Nakashima vs. Okami
James Nakashima, DEC
I was surprised that Nakashima didn't end up in the UFC like most other LFA champions. I guess it's his style. He dominates guys from bell to bell but He never finishes, has a grapple heavy style that focuses on control with no risks. He's a modern day Jon Fitch! Expect him to blanket Okami for another decision. Unless Okamis so shot he gets a TKO!
Miura vs. Santos
Ayaka Miura, SUB, R1
Miura is been given a win here. I can see her getting a shot at Angela Lee straweight title after another 1 or 2 wins. She has great Jui-Jitsu and she should wrap this up ASAP
Peringkat vs. Aiman
Muhammad Aiman, DEC
I like Aiman here. He's younger, faster, better grappler IMO and has a better chin. Sunoto has been KO'd bad, especially the head kick against Kang, that was BRUTAL! And only a few months back. Aiman has only been beaten by top contenders Kingad and Kamikubo (kamikubo ko'd sunoto went to dec vs Aiman). I think Aiman outworks Sunoto for a clear decision possibly getting a late finish.

@Bigbadbrybry
I think part of is that the UFC didn't really put in great effort in going out to scout and sign the best talent for the lower weight classes.
