According to Ayy. Vitor Petrino is gonna fight Anthony smith in this event.

Khalil Rountree and then Vitor Petrino...I just don't know *** Smith is thinking. It's like he wants to get as much brain damage as he possible can in the end of his career.

Dione Barbosa vs Ernesta Kareckaite. is a classic BJJ submission threat against dangerous striker machup. Except the "dangerous" striker only goes to split decisions and has the gall to still have the nickname HEAVY-HANDED.

I don't think i've seen either fighter before, can enyone say if Ernesta has ever fought against people who are looking to take her down ? Cuz right now I am leaning toward Dione by submission.

This card most likely need someone like Aldo to sell some ticket, If the UFC plan is to have Pantoja vs either Mokeav or Albazi main event with nothing else on the undercard that will sell ticket, I can see it being the worst selling card ever. Flyweight don’t sell PPV

With how stacked the prior PPV cards are, I think it could be smart of the UFC to have Aldo carry a subpar card, so at least they will sell some PPV

@dianabanana I know I thought the same thing too, didn't he retired & got inducted as a Hall of Famer not that long ago?

Because it was a very boring fight where merab went like 0/16 on takedowns. Aldo was visibly frustrated but couldn’t separate. He ended up retiring on what was a really boring fight and didn’t get to show off any of his skills one more time

Hopefully Cruz mans up and accepts the fight in Brazil. Would be so cool to see two legends go out fighting one another

Can't see Dom Cruz fighting anyone but Cejudo or the winner of Figgy/Garbrandt. I think that Aldo vs. Barbosa fight would be a way better idea than any fight he'd take at bantamweight. If it's Aldo's last fight I don't see why it wouldn't be in the weight class he's most known for and spent the most time in.

Good main card fight but really hope that's not what they're planning for the co-main of a PPV.

Well i don’t exactly have high hopes for this card, it’s like a repeat of the 293 card in austrailia; ufc put this card together on a whim & booked all the big Brazilian stars for different cards. This one is gonna be whatever they can sc**** together to fill out 13/14 fights

Not great for the Brazilians who want to attend the card but the UFC put together three back to back absolute banger PPV cards. So me personally I‘m fine with UFC 301 probably becoming one of the less stacked cards of the year. Not every card can be stacked.

I wouldn't count on Costa. He hasn't fought multiple time in the same calendar year in a really, really long time. I'd say Demolidor has a really good shot since he got another quick finish. I'd love to see Lok Dog on this card too, but might be too soon for him.
