2 rounds w/ a 10-8 is a draw tho. Maybe I not remembering round 2 right, but I thought Yusuff won the first 3 and half minutes of that round

If they don't give FOTN to them i will be pissed. Edson is incredible and so is Yusuff.
 I was so sure this would be a KO by yusuff after round 1 but edson reminded me real Quick why he is a legend. This fight is one that will be remembered.

I think there's an argument for Edson getting a 10-8 in rd3. He had Sodiq on death's door with that spinning headkick.

Yea, I had it 47-46 for Barboza tbh too. I still just don't think that judges really understand what 10-8 rounds are which is why I am saying that a draw was fair

Honestly, yea, it wasn't the greatest gameplan considering that Yusuff isn't known for having cardio w/ high output. He's not Merab in any sense. He still probably could've finished Barboza if he just committed to only being finish him in the first 7 minutes or lose tho

I have honestly always been high on Yusuff. He may not be a prodigy, but I do think he has the tools to be competing in the top of the division, just lacks the experience (this was his first 5 rounder). I think this fight has been a good lesson for him, fighting a vet like Barboza and also to be a lot smarter when trying to finish when he hurts his opponent. He has shown improvements after his loss against Allen. So I'm sure he'll do the same and bounce back and look better in his next fight.
