This is a man's livelihood, how his family eats and have shelter over their heads. + coaching you aren't making anywhere close to the $ Luque would be making with how often he fights and his purse for his given contract.
If he's cleared by MULTIPLE high ranking Neurologists paid for by UFC, than I think professional Tapologists should sit this 1 out.

Use your head for once brain bleeding has a lot to do with location and severity, just cause your brain bled doesn't mean you instantly turn into a Stephen Hawking like vegetable for the remaining of your lifetime. 😂 at this point I think you may need your brain checked cause you definitely fall in that 66%.
Lesions would've had to show up on Luque's brain imagining to keep him out, and as long as multiple high level clinically trained Neurologists confirmed there are no lesions than pretty sure nobody cares about what somebody named
