Just parlayed Morozov and Albizi for -151 odds. Feeling good about these two.

@Rah123, I have to agree with you that Kakhamanov will win this fight.  Does Said have the wrestling that Umar has?  Kakhamanov did a decent job grappling against Umar in the wrestling department during their PFL fight.  I think he might arguably be a better wrestler than Said perhaps?  Raoni Barcelos was able to outgrapple Nurmagomedov in their fight which Barcelos ended up winning.  Looking at Said's UFC stats, he seems to be more of a standup fighter than a heavy wrestling one which probably isn't going to work here against the durable Kakhramanov.

Good picks overall.  Btw, these names of these fighters are a damn nightmare to write sometimes.

Thanks for the insight, mate!

Yeah, I'm not too confident about Damir tbh. I'll probably put Arman on a Parlay with the fights I've said that will be ITD.

On the other side, I think Kakhramanov's pressure and heavy wrestling strategy will probably guarantee a decision win in his favor.

Matters what the odds for it is, I think Marquez might be the only one who can get a finish tho, I think Winn would win a decsion if he wins

I don’t think they such thing as locks in MMA so I say be careful if it insane odds

Tsarukyan vs. Ismagulov
Arman Tsarukyan, DEC
Damir has never faced a wrestling pace similar to Arman's.

Battle vs. Fakhretdinov
Rinat Fakhretdinov, SUB, R2
How is Rinat not a -300 here? Bryan looking like a corpse in his last weigh in, and to top it off, he is coming in as a last minute replacement. Rinat by sub

Yup 100% think it's a good bet, but it depends on Marquez getting the finish imo. Can't see how Winn finishes him, especially with his cardio issues. I think that's the reason he chose to stand and bang with Hawes. He knew Hawes was a good counter wrestler and did not want to gas out.

Might as well play the Marquez ITD is what I'm thinking

For the first time in a long time I agree with Duck. Maybe this means I am losing my mind

Agree with you 💯. I think the Umar fight is telling.

I think Said has questionable cardio. Especially if he wrestles and Ibthink Kakhy is going to put it on him. If he gets put on his back he will find it difficult to get up and I can't see him subbing Kakhy.

Also all his spinning ****. As good as he is at that I think it opens him up to takedowns and in the pocket I think Kakhy will be more effective.

I think Khaky is special.

The fight that puzzles me the most is the Dober/Green fight.

Don't know what to make of that

Thanks for the answer, mate!

I'm going with Marquez in this one. I think both has sus gas tank, but Marquez will be the more dangerous one on the feet.

I'm with you on the Kakhramanov pick as well. Said won't be able to throw those spinning kicks without getting taken down in this one.  Kakhramanov will be right in his face the whole fight, unless Nurma finishes him early.

Prediction Comments

Predictions: 6 of 13 Winners, 3 Perfect, 400 Points   |   Tied for 3105th

Cannonier vs. Strickland
Jared Cannonier, TKO, R2
Sean will push the pressure as usual but the power disparity is what I see determining the fight, over the course of five rounds I see Jared finding Strickland's chin and taking it by KO.

Tsarukyan vs. Ismagulov
Damir Ismagulov, DEC
Tough fight to call but I lean Ismagulov. Arman's striking looked sloppy against Gamrot and Damir is just way to slick on the feet, if Arman can't get the takedown and get in close I see Damir battering his lead leg and outstriking him to a decision. Smaller cage may benefit Arman but Damir has very good TD and wrestling ability as well and should be able to keep the fight standing for the majority of the fight.

Albazi vs. Costa
Amir Albazi, SUB, R1
Costa is going to give Albazi a fight and is formidable on the ground but Albazi on short notice is too tall of a task in my opinion.

Caceres vs. Erosa
Julian Erosa, DEC
Erosa seems to be on a resurgence in his career right now and I think he has the tools to beat Caceres. Erosa could also be live for a submission.

Dober vs. Green
Bobby Green, DEC
Bobby's head movement and slick boxing will win him the fight but I see this being a close war. Wouldn't be surprised if this goes to a split decision.

Brundage vs. Oleksiejczuk
Michał Oleksiejczuk, TKO, R1
Michal will have a clear advantage on the feet and Brundage just isn't there yet, he may find success if he can bring the fight to the ground though.

Vlismas vs. McKenna
Cheyanne Vlismas, DEC
Dolidze will hopefully sure up Vlismas' ground game enough to win, not sold on McKenna at all and her wrestling is nothing special either..

Matthews vs. Semelsberger
Jake Matthews, TKO, R2
Matthews looked so ****** crisp vs. Fialho I think he gets this done by knockout or submission, hopefully this breaks Jake's cycle of winning 2 then losing.

Marquez vs. Winn
Julian Marquez, SUB, R2
Both are honestly sloppy and I don't think Marquez has the largest striking advantage but I see him catching Winn in a guillotine after a ****** td attempt.

Nurmagomedov vs. Kakhramonov
Saidyokub Kakhramonov, DEC
Said is overrated and has been out-grappled before by guys like Barcelos. Really like Saidyokub wrestling to a UD in this spot.

Maheshate vs. García
Maheshate, DEC
If Rafa can find success wrestling he should win but I see Maheshate being able to keep it standing long enough to take a decision after moving over to Sanford.

Battle vs. Fakhretdinov
Rinat Fakhretdinov, DEC
Tough fight to call I love Battle but Rinat should be able to outwrestle him.

Dvořák vs. Kape
Manel Kape, TKO, R2
Kape is just a level above Dvorak and I see him making this look fairly easy as long as he doesn't get ****y and pull some stupid **** as we've seen him do in the past.

Morozov vs. Newson
Sergey Morozov, DEC
Morozov should take this fairly easily as long as he doesn't get caught by one of Journey's crazy spinning kicks, Morozov has fought much better competition and is the better fighter.
