Styles make fights my freind. Sorry not my freind.

Rosas is a very different challenge for Perrin compared to the Mongolian or Bautista.

The question here is basic and simple. Can Rosas get a takedown? And who is the better grappler.

Stick with me kid, you're not that bad. I will teach you something

Mitchell vs Topuria should be the co-main, it the best fight on the card for the hardcores , I think it’s smart making Paddy co-main because he is the most famous fighter on the card and will get the casual fans, the hardcore fans like all of us would watch most or all of the fights anyway,

I think when you have the personality of Morono, you won't really sell unless you are ranked in the top 10 or in slugfests. I'm more excited about that fight bc of Ponzi than Morono tbh cause Ponzi forces people to fight. Morono is a technical fighter with some pop to his punches but nothing that gets you out of your seat. This is more of an opinion off of observation than trying to hate. I do think he is a very good fighter who could get ranked high and really should be the head coach of Fortis instead of that loud af maniac that runs it rn

i'm not THAT worried about the grappling exchanges between rosas and perrin

what worries me will rosas' striking defense hold up until he manages to get the takedown? if he decides to stay on the feet for a bit, will rosas realize that once you take away perrin's jab by chopping up his leg and making him move backwards he suddenly becomes absolutely god awful terrible?

usually you need to have a certain level of experience to instantly pick up on those things in real time when fighting

Then again trolling here on Tapology won't be as much fun without fighting with you and L'Andrew so let's not

I'm glad to see Bisping among others roasting Holland this week for his low fight IQ.

In hindsight I can't believe Holland said he wasn't going to grapple and I still bet on him. I thought mabye he was bluffing. I didn't actually realise he was THAT stupid.

Dumb move by me and that very rarely happens.

My only small concern with Rosas is some of the wild spinning kicks he was throwing last fight. Could get caught with something doing that but otherwise he steamrolls Perrin.

Rather than betting who will win I'd rather bet on which submission Rosas will choose.

Personally I'm going with rear naked choke.

@rah that’s what I meant by Perrin being okay everywhere but not great. He may be able to defend 1-2 takedowns but since rosas is all aggression on the takedown he will be able to get him down if he tries hard enough. I think his (seemingly) great cardio and glue-like wrestling style will be enough to repeatedly just control Perrin for three. I do think since he doesn’t have “man strength” yet he may end up getting reversed a few times or pull guillotine when he shouldn’t and get reversed. This will be a good test of his abilities

Also, he’s much lankier than Perrin so that’s also something to consider

My issue with Holland is not as much not going for takedown, it was more letting him back up like he accidentally took him down, it like me playing UFC 4 and I accidentally takedown my mate,

Bisping roasting Holland for his low IQ is similar to me roasting you for your low IQ and losing all that money on ******** bets.

See... Bisping and I both have good intentions. We want to see the person do better in life. I hope you understand now. It's tough love, tough but necessary
