I'll be very surprised if he is not submitted in the 1st or 2nd round. The only reason Guttierrez lasted 3 rounds with Rosas on DWCS is because he is also very good on the ground (12 out of his 14 wins were submissions).
Perrin is not close to Rosas or Guttierrez on the ground and let's not forget he is 0-2 in Bellator and 0-1 on DWCS where he was the favourite in all these fights, plus his 0-2 in the UFC.
He's a regional fighter who loses whenever he faces any half decent competition and this fight will be no different.
