"Nobody left to fight to prove himself against" I mean he literally lost to Aldo a few fights ago (and Aldo is undefeated since)

Need Aldo to become champ again before he retires

Something has just clicked with Chito. He didn't exactly look amazing in the O'Malley fight and the lost to Aldo, but all of sudden he's been basically knocking out everyone

agreed Kyle... if O'Malley gets past Yan they have a buildup for a rematch, if Yan wins it'll be a banger as Aldo gets a title shot if surpassing Merab

37 at bantamweight it’s what happens. I’m okay with cruz sticking around if he fights Edgar, tj or aldo if both of the later lose

Yeah Chito's value doubles if it's a 5 round fight.

Dan what happened is vera won in the first round against O’Malley meaning he won in the round he takes off. As for aldo it was a 3 round fight he took the first off and got taken down in the 3rd. Aldo just kept him there

Lowkey Chito is turning into a star, so you can really sell some seats with an O'Malley vs Chito rematch

no way chito deserves the title shot. lost to aldo 3 fights ago, and aldo defeated font first too. chito defeated font and 2 legends at end of their carreers. if aldo wins merab, it is aldo all day.

Aldo can beat almost anybody in a 3 round fight but even Yan finished him when given championship rounds, and Yan is the decision king.

Chito is more than deserving of a title shot. I don't really see what beating Mehrab does to Aldo's already incredible resume. Why does beating Mehrab vault him into a title shot over Chito? Who the **** has Mehrab beaten?

Chito is the all time leader in finishes in maybe the most skilled division in the UFC. If he was announced as number one contender tomorrow to fight winner of Aljo/Pillashaw nobody should argue. That guy has nothing else to prove after what he did tonight.

aldo defeated frankie 2 times, and that was in Edgar's prime. Aldo defeated Font when Rob was on a streak, and defeated Vera too.
