My worry with Gaethje in this fight is that the instant the fight touch the ground against Khabib, He got submitted, And in the first round the same thing happen but he got save by the bell. Charles wresling won't be as good as Khabib, But him on top would be pretty simular, And he be more dangerous with submession, I think Gaethje needs to heavily improve his bottom game and submession defence, His wresling is solid but it not good enough against the Makhachev and Oliveria of the divison because unless you KO them early, They will get you down eventully

My early prediction is Charles by sub,I think he will get him down eventully, He just have to worry about not getting KO as both Chandler and Poirer did give him problem on the feet

If Poirier, Ferguson and Chandler can't get him out there before getting subbed TKO'ed or decced then you might as well forget about Gaethje doing it.

This will be another RNC choke win for Charles, probably easier than his last.

I love Charles, my favorite fighter. Just hope he moves his head because Justin has actual one-shot KO power. That being said I largely favor Charles's fight IQ over Justin's and I think he takes this one

i feel like Jiri isn’t gonna fight smart & use some of his unorthodox strikes he loves so much allowing Glover to find a easy takedown & that’s all he probably needs should treat him like a fish out of water on the ground from there it won’t take long till he finds a choke or full mount.

Gaethje also beat Chandler and Ferguson tho with that Porier loss being awhile ago and in that fight he destroyed him with leg kicks Porier won by a hair he couldn’t even walk after that fight. I like this fight stylistically for Gaethje looked clearly bigger and stronger than Chandler in his last fight I actually see this as Oliveiras toughest fight & advantage to Gaethje durability on the feet #Andnew

The event was planned to be held in Brazil, but due to the protocols I think that for May it is very unlikely that the event can be held in Brazil. It's a shame because after all the road that Glover went through (immigrating to the USA, Blue collar jobs, discovering the existence of BJJ when he was in the USA, a long career with ups and downs until he became UFC champion at 42 years old ) it would be great if Teixiera's first defense took place in Brazil. There are quite a few matchups scheduled with Brazilian fighters, but I doubt the UFC will schedule an event outside of the US unless they are allowed at least 70% of the venue's capacity.
