Tabatha Ricci look good in the LFA, I think she some jiu-jitsu prodigy, but that might be someone else. The LFA were giving her 1-5 and a 3-2 fighter and she never fought a fighter with a winning record in her entire carer, And on 4-5 day short notice, It seem like she going to be a warm body for Fiorot, who the number 1 propspect at 125 for me

Moroz has withdrawn 7 times now in her UFC career. Can't seem to stay very healthy. It's too bad, she has some good talent but these injuries have really derailed her career.

Fiorot vs. Ricci
Manon Fiorot, TKO, R1
Ricci looked real good at LFA against bottom tier opponents but this is quite the step up. Fiorot throws big strikes to end fights and is good in the clinch. If Ricci can get this on the ground i'd give her a real good shot but I can't really see it especially with the size advantage.

After a quick glance at Tabatha Ricci's previous opponents, she has the most padded record I've ever seen for anyone who is debuting in the UFC male or female.  All 5 of her previous opponents have a COMBINED record of 4 wins all together.

Can you believe that?

Insane!

Fiorot vs. Ricci
Manon Fiorot, TKO, R1
I'm so bummed for Fiorot, she is such a talented prospect, and a high level, well rounded and experienced fighter like Moroz was the step up in competition she deserved so she could open some eyes on Saturday and take that much needed next step in her career. Manon is 31, she needs to go now, and this easy win will do nothing for her ranking and she will need to fight again very soon in order to take the step she should have taken by beating Moroz. Fiorot by a good, old-fashioned ass-shaving.

Fiorot vs. Ricci
Manon Fiorot, TKO, R2
Does Ricci have what it takes to pull off an upset? Possibly. I do worry about the fact that she's a black belt in judo and BJJ, and she's going against a primary boxer. But, I think Manon uses her height and reach to keep this fight at distance, and her striking is nasty. Her height will probably give Ricci problems with the takedowns as well. And, to top it off, this is happening at a weight class higher than Ricci normally fights in, so she'll be the significantly smaller woman trying to take down a big and strong Fiorot.

Funny how everyone jumps to Fiorot right off the bat like she's really made a statement in the UFC already with one fight vs. Leonardo. Fiorot hasn't beat someone to say oh she's the lock of the year for this fight. She's beating scrubs just as well as Ricci has, she looked good in her UFC debut and Leonardo looked horrible, I wouldn't count Ricci out just like that. Ricci has fought twice this year so she's in fighting shape. We have a 6-1 fighter going against a 5-0 fighter. People are acting like Ricci is making her UFC debut vs. Amanda Nunes or something lol. This fight can go either way

I know people are over the moon on Fiorot's upside and I'm not making a bet on her at -550, that's for sure. That being said I still think this is an awful matchup for Ricci. Judo players need to be close to their opponents in order to get the reaps, sweeps and throws they need to get the fight to the floor. That is very hard to do against someone with the distance striking style Fiorot has. Then add the fact you have to prepare for a Southpaw on 72 hours notice who was a European champion in Karate, then throw in that youre going up a weight class to do it, and THEN remember even though Leah McCourt took down Manon 4 times in her debut, Manon reversed her 3 times and got up the 4th. Then remember that fight took place at 138 and Leah is now a featherweight. Props to Ricci for stepping up on short notice but this is gonna be an ass-shaving from pillar to post. There is no value on that line though so I absolutely see why someone might take a long shot stab on Ricci at +400 and hope Manon slips on a banana peel but its gonna be dead money unless something really wild happens.

I mean trying to compare a fighter who has an extensive kickboxing career and an record of 6-1 that has fought opponents with a combined record of 30-9 to someone who is 5-0 fighting people with a combined record of 3-10 is not the same. To boil it down to a 6-1 fighter is fighting a 5-0 fighter and therefore is basically even is kinda ********.

Augusto Sakai vs. Jairziniho Rozenstruik

Augusto Sakai, TKO, R3

This is a perfect fight for Sakai to shoot up the rankings. Rozenstruik is like the Woodley of the heavyweight division, he just backs up and covers when someone presses him against the cage, that is what Sakai is an expert at. It's the exact same way he got a TKO over Marcin Tybura.

But there's a 1:1 link of "can Rozenstruik counter his opponent's shots?" with how good he looks. If he can't, you get Frozenstruik. If he can, he knocks people out. Sakai pressing forward with his big fat head, no defense, and two round cardio? I don't know that it's gonna win a five round fight. Three round fight, he could steal the first two and survive.

@Tieoken If this was a kickboxing match I'd be 100% sold on Fiorot over Ricci but it's not. Fiorot's takedown defense or grappling hasn't even been tested yet and people are ready to bet their house on Fiorot lmao. I'm not saying she'll lose, hell I believe she can pull it off and will have her in a few of my parlays, but it'd be kinda ******** to go all in on her. Fiorot isn't invincible in this matchup, hell she's even bene choked out before. But go ahead bet your house on her it might turn out good for you
