The fighters are weighed in and Melvin missed again.

But we're still set for a solid night of action on Spike TV.

It all kicks off with prelims on Spike.com sometimes before 9pm ... and then the main card at 9pm.

Enjoy!

Wow he snapped in that guillotine so quickly. Caldwell will learn from this, but Baby Joe Taimanglo gets a huge win!

Lol This is the downside of putting on fights that are mismatches on paper, they come back to bite you sometimes. Caldwell had no business fighting Taimanglo coming off a first round win over Joe Warren.

Caldwell wanted to stay busy and fight, Bellator wanted him to wait. From my point of view, this wasn´t a mismatch, as many of you are saying, just a fight in which Darrion would be favorite to win, but not a -1500 favorite. From what I have seen from Caldwell slows down a bit later in the fight, watch his fight with Dizy, as does Taimanglo, watch Taimanglo last fight. However, the way Caldwell went for that takedown in the third round, without setting it up at all, together with the way he looked in his corner at the end of the second round suggest to me that cardio could a problem for him if he doesn´t pace himself, something that Taimanglo did better this fight (specially when Darrion uses so much gas trying to take out his foe as fast as possible, but fails to do so. It bit him in the ass this time). Caldwell might be better suited for 145. that I can not conclude so early in his career, but as I said it seems to me he tires late in a 3 round fight, imagine a 5 round fight.

I literally asked Bellator's PR guy directly for that result and got this response:

I think you did. It says you have 590 when you're really at 640.
