Yeah Fedor beat a fighter that is waaay past his prime. I bet they feed him some more cans before he retires so he can pad his record even more.

@desauce yeah I think this proves nothing for Fedor, Rizzo is way past his prime and he should be retired by now, I mean it´s great that he won and in an impressive manner, but which top 10 HW wouldn´t beat Rizzo right now

Let's get a fight with Josh Barnett signed for November or December, assuming Barnett's negotiations with Zuffa go sour.

@Desauce, We're not on his nuts, it's about showing respect to one of the greatest fighters to have ever lived who was champion of the biggest organisation of the time, who schooled the UFC heavyweight champion in about 2 and a half seconds. He's done tonnes for the sport, is humble and never claimed to be the best fighter ever. He's just doing what he loves and he's always acted in the right manner in every situation.

Yeah, his record is inflated with cans. I'm not going to deny that. But he beat the best fighters he could in his prime. When Fedor was at the peak of the game the other best heavyweights were people like Big Nog, Arona, Coleman, Cro Cop and Tim, who were highly regarded when he fought them. He beat them all.

Also, he is just an outstanding human being. He doesn't ever claim to be the greatest ever, it's what we do as fans by giving him the label. He is just a humble and awesome guy who is constantly argued about. I find it hard not to stick up for him when the guy just wants to be happy.

I got to keep repeating this, it's just something I tend to avoid like religion and politics

Tim? As in Poopy Pants Tim Sylvia? You see him as a best HW? Wow I overestimated your MMA prowess. The only reason he was a champ in the UFC was because the HW dev was garbage at the time.

I dont care if you rate my MMA prowess, no need to get personal about it man! Haha, relax :P

So, you admit at the time the heavyweight division was ****? What would you have Fedor do? Delay his birth by 5 years? At the time, Tim was one of the best. In hindsight, he was a massive sack of ****.
