Check the date listed in the video title. It clearly says 1982.

the UFC book only lightweights and below for this card, and half the fights are flyweight, don’t think the gassing problem be as bad because they have way better cardio then the big boys, But it still be smart to do the research, because I can Still see a few gassing

Exited for this modern day WEC card, Smaller guys have the best fights

Well, it's just title of the video which was posted year ago or so, around the time fight actually happened. Probably just a misprint.

Victor Altamirano's fight style looks like what someone with no fight training developing a style by improvizing in front of a mirror would look like.

Rodriguez vs. Ortega II
Yair Rodriguez, TKO, R2
Everyone is aware of Ortega's inactivity at this point. He hasn't won a fight since beating TKZ in 2020. I can't pick a guy coming off a year and a half layoff over a legitimate top contender like Yair. Watching the first fight back, Yair was landing some pretty clean shots on Ortega and it was clear Ortega wanted no part of it and was trying to wrestle. I know Ortega's tough as **** and survived wars with Volk and Max, but Yair is more dangerous than both of those guys, and Ortega's chin has some miles on it. If he keeps eating shots this time like he was in the first, he won't make it to the championship rounds.

I have my doubts about the 155, I think it affects them, I read a lot that if he feels the altitude, he will have his third fight in Mexico, if he says it, it's for a reason.

Naimov vs. Silva
Muhammad Naimov, TKO
Hard for me to envision a path to victory for Silva here that doesn't involve Naimov completely falling apart. Silva's striking is limited, his defense is porous, his cardio/heart is suspect and his offense has generally been limited to takedown blitzes and rear naked chokes. I could see Silva having some success early with his explosive wrestling attack, but Naimov's power and defensive grappling should be the difference. Naimov by 1st or 2nd round KO is my prediction.

FINAL PREDICTIONS

Predictions: 5 of 12 Winners, 3 Perfect, 365 Points   |   Tied for 4595th

Naimov getting a free ko ufc wants another abu dhabi guy for later this year

altamarino vs dos santos goes either way but definitely hits the scorecards

Bondar fraud checks Luis and gets a win helping European talent expand

Puelles got cooked by hooker but Ziam isn’t Hooker i see grappling dominance from Puelles but Ziam won’t take damage and gets on france card

Chairez gets the win he should already have and Lacerda gets cut

complete mismatch in size you have a atomweight vs a bantamweight take the bigger guy when both have low IQ

Barcelos is old and slowly washing away i think in high altitude he fades fast enough to lose this fight and give the home crowd a win

Torres vs Duncan ends by finish no matter who wins i wouldn’t be shocked to see Duncan win and get on the UK card later this year

Mexico has another female talent in WMMA i think they will build on Yazmin

okay honestly speaking neither Ricky or Raul is great but Raul has a clear advantage the gassing u saw will not happen

the UFC likes Zellhuber he’s a young mexican prospect with skills everywhere Prado doesn’t have enough skills to hang

Yair wins and Topuria gets another contender which he desperately needs

Moreno asserts himself as the clear #1 contender again and Pantoja and Moreno fight in Brazil

Prediction Comments

Predictions: 10 of 12 Winners, 4 Perfect, 645 Points   |   Tied for 566th

Moreno vs. Royval II
Brandon Moreno, SUB, R3
I think Moreno makes this look pretty easy. Like I've said before, I like Royval but he's kill or be killed and he falls off way too quick. Moreno is more skilled and technical which will lead him to success here. Brandon locks up a sub.

Rodriguez vs. Ortega II
Brian Ortega, TKO, R3
Rodriguez stuffs takedowns and if he gets taken down he will work and get back to his feet. Ortega has fine striking but I think Yair breaks him at some point in this fight and finishes him. It would be so awesome to see the "T-City" special though. (My pick is Rodriguez, not Ortega.)

Zellhuber vs. Prado
Daniel Zellhuber, DEC
Zellhuber will most likely stay on the outside and win a decision with his striking but I wouldn't be shocked if Prado knocks him out very early. I still think Zellehuber is better though.

Rosas Jr. vs. Turcios
Raul Rosas Jr., SUB, R1
Rosas Jr is gonna get Turcios down early and sub him. That's all.

Jauregui vs. Hughes
Yazmin Jauregui, DEC
Hughes is getting dominated here. Her striking is awful and she's not going to be able to get many takedowns against Yazmin.

Torres vs. Duncan
Manuel Torres, TKO, R1
So I was gonna pick Duncan here because his grappling is way better and we've seen him go long a few times and look good when he does mix in his wrestling but his chin and striking defense is so bad and Torres is a monster. Torres is gonna finish him brutally.

Quiñonez vs. Barcelos
Raoni Barcelos, DEC
Unless Barcelos is washed, he's going to dominate Christian. Quinonez is knockout or bust.

Aguilar vs. Mendonça
Jesus Aguilar, SUB, R2
Jesus is gonna get a takedown and submit Mendonca. I can see it coming. Mendonca has looked awful so far.

Cháirez vs. Lacerda
Edgar Cháirez, SUB, R2
Lacerda is crazy in the first round but Chairez most likely chokes him out in the second. Lacerda is really going to go 0-5..

Puelles vs. Ziam
Fares Ziam, DEC
If Ziam stuffs the takedowns then it's over for Puelles. I think he does exactly that. Puelles is sub or bust because his striking is so bad.

Rodríguez vs. Bondar
Luis Rodríguez, DEC
This fight is a true 50/50 but I gotta go with Bondar. I know he lost to some awful opponents but he has had bad luck with injuries. I like his wrestling and I think he will be able to get Rodriguez down and control him for a bit in this one. Rodriguez is still young but he's nothing to write home about at this point.

Altamirano vs. dos Santos
Felipe dos Santos, DEC
Dos Santos looked great in a loss vs Kape and Altamirano isn't anything special. I think Dos Santos wins this one but I wouldn't be shocked if it's close due to Victor mixing in grappling.

Naimov vs. Silva
Muhammad Naimov, TKO, R2
We don't really know too much about Silva but he's not very good and he's already up there in age. I would say Naimov is decent and he should be able to finish a gassed Silva. I don't like the tdd of Naimov but I think he will be able to keep it standing.
