i'm not presenting hard evidence here but the most controversial judge of all time (has judged for both bellator and the ufc) doug crosby used to go on chael sonnen's podcast way way back and talk about how dana white would indirectly ask him to favor certain guys with his scoring and that some times he'd give the fight to whoever he liked more, regardless of who actually won the fight

Not sure if Zuffa-era UFC ever directly fixed a fight, but there are other factors that could be responsible. Like James Krause intentionally undertraining his fighters and having a third-party friend bet millions on their opponents. And of course Vegas judges like Sal D'mato receive instructions to fix a fight all the time.
